Morrisons Cafe, Buxton in High Peak

I came hear on the 27th March with mum first and last time in this cafe usualy go to other morrisons only this one lets the side down big time should be a ---- sign.in front of the stars would i come a gain No No No iwould go to other morrisons cafes and think the staff from this one would benifit if they went to other morrisons cafe as they would learn how to serve people how to cook and pesent the food how it should be hot not tepid stay away if you value your health .

Went in for a quick lunch, selected food only to be told " haven't got that, haven't got this, went to look at the menu to select something else , the woman on the till was huffing and puffing at me. Eventually selected our food and drinks and sat down, the coffee was nearly cold. Went back for a replacement, she simply said " the machine is at a preset temperature, I said yes but it's nearly cold, she said oh just put some hot water in it, ridiculous and so rude, they couldn't be bothered. Will not be returning,

What a disappointment, the food was disgusting & presentation was not much better. The woman who served the food to our table was surly & couldnt wait to get away. They had no mayo, it is situated in a supermarket for goodness sake. Go to the shelf and get some.The coleslaw is not coleslaw at all it is very dry mass produced slivers of carrots & cabbage, neither I nor my partner could eat it as we both found it so dry & struggled to swallow it.Chips were ok, burger was really foul & inedible.You used to do so much better Morrisons.

Cafe staff were a bit blunt. Could do with some customer service training.

Security guard trys to give you a evil look for not wearing a mask but is too much of a fairy to say anything so just stands there like the good little boy he is.

Since the revamp, some of the old staff have been replaced. This has improved the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen and is a much more welcoming environment.

Good quality food at affordable prices. Great deals for families to eat out midweek. Best fish and chips around.

Had a “lovely” dinner here....tepid chips, cold beans, crispy gammon and virtually raw egg, followed by cake that was drier than Gandhi’s sandal.

Just eaten here with my husband & I can honestly say That has to be the worst breakfast I Have ever had. We had to wait 10 minutes for it after ordering & when it came out it was stone cold & the hash browns were undercooked. Will not be coming here again!!

Has really improved in the last few months, cups and cutlery are much cleaner. Friendly service has always been good, & excellent value.
