Pepino Deli in High Peak

Terrible customer service. Arrived yesterday stood at counter for 5/10minutes and no one greeted me or acknowledged we were there. Then took an order when another customer went to find them in their kitchen, and the staff still did not acknowledge that people had been waiting. Just so unprofessional. Never returning here. There are other lovely cafes in this town, don’t waste your time.

One of my fave cafés ever, and some of the best vegan lunches and cakes! Have been coming here regularly for about 18 months and we are made so welcome every time - like part of the Pepino family! Possibly the best vegan pancakes in the North West! Great coffee, super friendly staff and all around a wonderful little cafe!

Shocking service, even ruder employee. We ordered two coffee’s over ice with Oat milk which wasn’t a problem when they took our money. After waiting 25 minutes for two takeaway coffees we asked about the status of the order to which they preceded to bring us the wrong order. Went back in to politely ask for the order to be corrected only for the purple haired female employee to shout across the cafe that we couldn’t order coffees with milk?! That we were wrong to do so and verbally scolded her colleague in front of a full cafe. Did used to get our coffees from here but won’t be anymore. Save your money & go to twig.

I visited the amazing Pepino Deli in Glossop the other day and I cannot recommend it enough. The menu was the perfect size with lots of exciting options to suit everyone.I ordered the pastrami toasted sandwich which was absolutely devine and as you can see, also a great size for £7! The staff were great and showed me the homemade seitan meats they sell and make onsite

Amazing food and excellent service. The shop always has a really nice atmosphere so I always eat in when I can.

Visited this wonderful place on a day trip with my partner and we were both so impressed that we plan to make a train to Glossop for food from Pepino's a regular occurrence! Cute cafe, super friendly staff and delicious food. What's not to adore?

The variety of vegan options here is the best thing about this Deli, to have that much choice in a pretty small town is great! It does seem a little expensive but taste wise it is delicious and it's made fresh which does justify it. If you go for the big boxes such as the Korean Seitan and the Asian box you do get a decent portion, however I've had a wrap from here too and that seemed a little on the smaller side so not as good value for money as other options available. Very friendly service!

Absolutely delicious plant based food. Something for everyone and a great selection of food, drinks, cakes and shop items. Can't go wrong! Lovely staff too!
