Nice little tea room, great for breakfast and a lunchtime sandwich. Owners and staff very friendly. Would definitely visit again....oh and the raspberry scones with jam and cream were delicious.

·

Ordered breakfast and was warned it would be a while due to an ongoing large order, no problem as I prefer to know at the ordering stage rather than it just take forever. The food and coffee were very good. Dog friendly.

Lovely little café in a wonderful village lovely no frills food and coffee wasn’t the best

·

Three tables ordered today, all took 30 minutes plus with part orders to each. All i wanted was beans on toast, coffee cold by the time it arrived. Good food just took too long

My favourite cafe in the Peaks. Great cake and coffee, lovely friendly service.

I called to this beautiful Cafe to see Hugh Kearney art display. Fantastic display and the cafe itself was amazing, beautiful pots of tea and homemade cake. Deffo will return. 😁

A gem of a place. A great place to eat and drink. Genuinely friendly staff, even with our (rather noisy) terrier. Really welcoming atmosphere, and a perfect place to start or finish a hike towards Kinder, Edale Ethne al...

I never ever can fault this establishment & the owners. It's soo my go to cafe whenever I visit Hayfield for a good hike. Sadly I'd demolished & enjoyed theee most fresh & hot egg & bacon on handcut bread too, so fast I forgot to snap a pic.. Not like me. A case of the proof is in the eating.. & it was demolished. I took my friend for the 1st time, she too just loved hers. All their food is freshly prepared, amazing portion sized & many dishes influenced by their many travels around the world. So a menu straight from the heart, created with passion & a true meaning.. I personally love that..I wish I had more time, I wish I had a special person in my life that would treat me weekly. (at least) to breakfast, brunch, lunch or afternoon tea. Then I really would know the menu & be fuelled up to hike even further!!So Yeh in a nutshell.. If you've never visited, what ARE you thinking about!!Trust me.. You WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED!Enjoy 🙏

Tasty food, and great staff, friendly and hard working. And they have created their very own free step by step guide to 3 local walks; we did the 5 mile Kinder Reservoir circuit, very easy to follow.
