Ruchi Indian Restaurant in High Peak

Busy Saturday 7pm, not too long to wait, poppadoms served quite quickly before starters. I do not recommend the spicy poppadoms however. Go for plain! Main meals delivered quickly. Great food and polite service however it is very very loud in there (not the music just the atmosphere of alot of people) I would recommend sitting in a booth as opposed to a central table.

Awsome . I'd say this is better to sit in rather than takeaway. Only because it's a really nice setting and pretty chilled.

Me and husband visited here 11/2/22 as we were having a few days stopover in Glossop. All I can say is the food was absolutely bloody delicious my husband says his food was the best he had ever had and coming from South Shields where we have more or less the best Indian restaurants in the North East this is saying something .The restaurant it self was beautiful and the staff most welcoming and very lovely. If we ever come back to Glossop we will definitely pay another visit. 10/10

We have just picked up our telephone order.its only 6 pm.. what a shambles.we ordered 4 poppadoms with a pickle tray.lamb tikka masala.with fried rice chips and garlic naan.we came home to find two plain rice chips chicken tikka masala no pickles tons of popperdom. Wrong meal cold two Nan's only ordered one.we have come here for a valentine's break . supposed to be a special takeaway in our rented cottage.. Will never use them ever again.if they can't get it right hour into service.they Don't deserve to be open we rang them stating everything .but wasn't interested.terrlble plus we stupidity tipped them £25.00.but was£21.00...shame on you

We've eaten here a few times and always had a really great time, the food was excellent and the service just as good.

Went here for for dinner with the folks and was pleasantly surprised. It's a very covid friendly place with excellent seating arrangements offering privacy. It's also very cosy, warm and offers attentive and highly effective waiting staff. The food was also of a high-standard with a wide-range of dishes to choose from. A real northern England Indian cuisine experience. Would come here again for sure as all guests were very happy with their meals.

Went for Christmas Day lunch. My husband had the Indian menu which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had the traditional turkey menu and I was absolutely disgusted. I honestly could not say what the meat was but it certainly wasn't turkey it was processed meat of some description. I could not eat it and they did bring me a chicken korma which I have to say was delicious. So my advice is do not go to an Indian restaurant for anything other than Indian food.

Mega, best Indian around, you won't be disappointed

The food here was perfect. One of the best Indians that me and my partner have been to. Completed our last nights stay in Glossop with this meal to finish the week off. It was clean and tidy and everything was perfectly timed with each other 10/10
