Subway Glossop in High Peak

Nice staff, food was OK, typical subway really.

Very nice staff whenever i go there i got everything i need..... very helping .

Very poor customer service. Totally ignored me the whole time. Nobody said hi, the staff (two) speaking in their own language while laughing. Very rude and ignorant.

Sub was nice but wrapped very poor, half of my sub fell out of the bread and one of the staff members who made my sandwich made me feel very unwanted and was rude to me and my girlfriend the way she interacted with us, almost seemed like they were being forced to work

The general service was slow .The girl who served me for the salad section was messing with her fringe as she waited for the bread to be toasted. Not great hygiene there .Whilst I was paying she neglected to ask me about the sauce and assumed I didn't want any and proceeded to wrap up my dry sandwich with the ends hanging out so the contents could potentially fall out. I had to ask for a bag!!Poor service . Not difficult to train your staff to ask if the customer wants any sauce and or bag ??!!Also this particular branch is the first I've come across NOT to offer NHS discount. I realise they are under no obligation to, but would be nice .Tip: don't touch your face when you're serving food !!

I love this subway, never had any problems and the staff are always nice and helpful.

Shocking! Over two hours to arrive and then the order was mixed up and cold. The food was inedible and went straight in the bin. Save your time and money... Don't order from here! I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Really clean and great customer service, even beetwe now they deliver

On my way to have a tattoo done I've pop in for a sub. And it's another one I really enjoyed. Staff like to chat and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Portions are enjoyable and my double cheese look like triple one. And when I asked for extra onion ( I love red onion on my sub) I was asked is that enough or do I want more. That's the way we should be served. Place look clean, tables are clean although I can imagine it's difficult to keep place clean while you've got customers coming in and out.
