Stopped off for a late lunch on a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff were very welcoming and it was dog friendly, always a massive bonus.Although it was busy, we didn't have to wait a long time. The food and coffee was delicious. The staff should be very proud of their dog friendly establishment because they were very polite, it was very clean and scrumptious food.

I love this place. It's a cosy environment, the staff are friendly and the company is eco-conscious. The food is always great, especially the cakes.

Very friendly coffee shop, warm welcome by the girls. Dog friendly and offered water for the dog. We had tea cake bacon and Late. Nice bacon and tea cakes. Relaxing coffee shop with plenty of space. Looks like it’s well used by locals and this always says a lot.

We had a buffet and a cake(s) and both were described as mega by our guests. We also had a special gluten free box for a special guest who enjoyed her food & cakes so much. Highly recommended, super service and delivery just as planned. I can see us being regulars 😉!

Im on a hunt for a good (hopefully the best) full English breakfast in New Mills.I was told that thier full English breakfast isn't worth having ao i knew what I'm jumping into. And let's be honest. They do sweet stuff so it's not your daily breakfast place. Pop in for a coffe (assuming it's done right in the first place, but more about it later) and some sweet pie / cake and you should be fine. I say should because it's my first time there and it will take a time to convince my self to go there again. While eating it I probably put same face as my many girlfriends did before while having passionate love with me. Utter disappointed.First of all there's much of it for what you pay. If i would have a bad day i would call it half a breakfast. And if tou Google FEB and see pictures and then compare it with what you've got... Now you see why disappointment was mentioned here. Now i know that having a baked beans served in small container, that looks like old fashion milk jug looks great on your Instagram influencer photo. But it's impossible to eat in real life. Trying to fish it out using a fork is a nightmare. And before you say - you should pour it on your plate... Well one of the egs wasn't cooked properly (see picture.) And because of that yolk was just flooding plate and fancy baked beans thingy was just covered in yolk and impossible to put it on the table.Bacon wasn't perfect either. Last thing you want it's to have chewy pieces you have to bite and eat. Not nice feeling. Ut compared to egg, can't complain too much. Or could I?Sausages and toast was ok. And I'll say brown bread toast was made the best. It was the best of it all i had. Would probably say it was one if the best toast on FEB in a many days.Chai late. Had hundreds if not thousands of them im ny life. All over the world. 'corporate' Coffee like costa / Starbucks and small, family run coffee places. And there's a difference between chai late and chai tea. I had chai late and it wasn't something you'll call your typical, average chai late. Milky, foam look like it was scraped off from cappuccino and with amount of cinnamon that I'm using while making apple pie.And it was the only noticeable spice in it. Without that cinnamon you could say it's cappuccino. Dull, forgettable with too much milk and nothing else. They might as well just washed jug in which they made previously chai and served it.I will pop in in some time. Once i erase from my memory this not properly cooked egg. Ill try different drink and something sweet. Im giving a chance. There's potential. Just probably someone had a bad day.Although i know you'll not going to get second chance to make first impression.

Friendly welcome, delicious food and lovely atmosphere! I would highly recommend a visit to this cafe and I will definitely be returning if I am in the area again.

A little hidden gem! Really nice coffee. Impressive selection of creative plant based dishes. Vegan and vegetarian will be in for a treat.

My daughter took me here as it’s one of her favourite places in her town. I’m a wheelchair user and despite a small raise as you enter my wheelchair could get in.Staff were very friendly and accommodating, we even took my daughters dog with us!I am fussy about how I like my eggs cooked and they tried to get the egg on my dish as close to how I described as I could. (Visually perfect, but if yolk had been fila me would have been perfect), that’s just me being very picky! They sell a variety of cheeses in wax outlets that are appealing and so I bought some for my wife.Cakes looked appetising and the portions are big. I’m not sure they did vegan cakes though 🤔It’s nice and quiet and a family feel to the establishment which enhances the experience.Would visit again.
