This place was a godsend when we came across it on a wet and windy walk between bradwell and castleton. The kids had bacon sandwiches (nice, lean bacon; wonderful soft, thick bread)and hot chocolates (didn’t go for the ‘all singing, all dancing ones as I knew they’d want pudding too!)… I had a delicious cheese and onion toasty. We felt very welcome despite being dripping wet… in fact we were offered a table by the radiator to dry out hats and gloves. We finished with salted caramel brownies and the owners supplied glasses of water as they very sensibly suggested we’d need them! The kids said it was the best food they’d ever had and my son (11) even commented on their 5* service as we left. We never made it to castleton as the weather got worse and we weren’t appropriately dressed but we’ll definitely try the walk again and schedule a stop here!

A warm welcome during our hike around Hope and Castleton, and dog friendly. Great coffee and well presented, tasty food.

Good coffee and a large plate of beans on toast.

Sausage, egg and chips were beautiful. Well worth the £7.50! Some yummy looking sweet treats too. Wife had railway coffee (Americano with condensed milk) which was lovely and a bit different. Very pleased we stumbled upon this place!

The best bacon and egg sandwich I’ve had in years, served with a delicious flat white. Plenty of outdoor seating and very welcoming staff.

Absolutely stand out breakfast. We both got the full English and weren't disappointed. Fantastic quality food all cooked perfectly. Can't wait to come back and recommend to everyone as a must for breakfast in the Peak District! Also, special mention to the lovely ladies who served us for recommending "Hendos" sauce that we haven't had before and will definitely be a regular.

A great friendly place to grab a well priced bite to eat.Spicy Chicken and Mayo sandwich was delicious.Tomato soup was also very tasty. The luxury hot chocolate (with marshmallows) is a must, especially on a cold wet day!

A great place to grab a coffee (or milkshake) with some food. It's particularly good for mid-cycle ride refueling, as there's plenty of space for bikes and the flapjacks are amazing. There's even a bike shop over the top of it in case you need anything else.Food includes tea cakes, toast/beans/eggs and plenty of cakes. Plus other things, but I didn't memorise the menu. Finally, prices are very reasonable especially given the generous portion sizes.
