Interesting building originally I believe it was a hospital.We did have food that is catered by students as part of their hospitality training cooks waiters etcClean and standards were highIt is worth visiting the building

It's a Victorian architectural engineering marvel, which must be seen to be appreciated. Normally it's part of Derbyshire University campus, but periodically, it's open to the public for exhibitions.

No charge to go in. It's a working campus with an open public area in the centre. Try out the acoustics in the middle under the centre of the dome I was convinced it was a microphone amp and speakers but it's purely the acoustic effects! Careful what say as it can be heard a long distance away!

Went here for the 1st time for the Gin Society Festival - wow! What an impressive building. Full of history. Fantastic venue for a large event. I will definitely be going again.
