Large park with a pond filled with Canada Geese and a greenhouse. Shane it was raining heavily when we are there. Definitely worth a visit in the summer. Very nice park. The greenhouse is nice to walk through as well. Had a large coffee shop inside.

Really nice place has loads of stuff for kids and adults alike including miniature railway play area and lake in the centre. Looks like a nice cafe in the pavilion but didn't use it.

What a fantastic park. Its a shame other local councils don't look after their own parks as well as this one. The play areas are well equipped for children of all ages with loads of surrounding grass to have picnics on. The little diesel train is worth a visit too. The cafe could do with using some better coffee beans even if it raised the price as the current blend is below average at best. (The coffee shop at the rear of the baths building is light years ahead). There are plenty of pathways to keep numerous visits interesting on each occasion. There is a nice little tropical house to visit too. All in all the park is well worth a visit.

Very well kept garden area with some large pools with ducks and geese, if you are on the right day there's a little train that runs around park of the gardens.Don't miss a walk through the pavillion indoor garden which is free to enter. It's not a huge area you can walk it in 30 minutes and there's areas to picnic or grab a drink and some food from the pavillion gardens and sit either inside or outside.

Really beautiful place, toilet facilities are nearby in the pavilion building itself. There is plenty on offer and things to do.. nearby shops, tea rooms, pubs etc there is a train what goes in a short circuit around the park which seems fun, I would recommend this place for a day out.

The Pavilion GardensThe Pavilion Gardens is a beautiful, historic venue dating back to 1871 which superbly shows off the Victorian splendour of Buxton. Set within twenty three acres of magnificent, landscaped gardens and play areas, the venue provides the perfect setting for fun and relaxing family days out, with great food and drink, shopping and over 100 events and festivals throughout the year. We had a great time here, beautifully designed and taking care of. I would definitely recommend to visit this botanical garden. It's free to enter and you can purchase same of the beautiful plants at the excit of the gardens too. 🌿🌱🌴

Such a lovely park.We were hoping to be able to do the pedalos on the lake, however the only open this Saturday. There is a Waterston bookshop, ice-cream shop, Gin bar along with a lake where pedalos can be hired and a mini train for kids that goes through the park.Would definitely recommend, although the car park is cash only!
