Nice pub, but the burger was... too much of everything. Friendly staff.

Excellent home cooked food and beers. Ploughman's lunch had four types of cheese in it. Say no more.

Beautiful Sunday dinner. Also the breakfast for 2 the last time was a belly buster. All for such a good price. Also dog friendly.

Lovely local friendly Pub ran by an amazing team that’s open to all including muddy boots, muddy paws and muddy kids. They do a big selection of food that is cooked to perfection that looks and tastes fresh. I’ll definitely be returning.

Popped in after a little stroll on the Torrs millennium walkway had some food i had a breakfast wrap which was gorgeous not very big but tasted so good and a good price at £4.95. The staff was friendly too so all was good.

People of New Mills and surrounding environs I urge.. Nay.. Demand that you pop into Pride of the Peaks absolutely scrummy food. Generous portions friendly staff.. Clean and covid safe rules observed. The salt and pepper chips to die for and this halloumi fig and asparagus salad perfect for the hottest day of the year.

Celebrated a friend's Birthday with an afternoon tea in one of the outdoor pods. It was dressed up lovely with Xmas decs, cushions and throws if you needed them ( heater in there so didn't use them) and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. Well worth a visit...loved it!! 😍

Lovely staff with a lovely warm welcome for your 4 legged friends. The food was freshly cooked and most of it appeared home made. Very tasty and very good value.

Excellent food and drink in a relaxing atmosphere. Chose Bruschetta and Tomahawk Steak all wonderfully presented and fresh cooked piping hot. Really pleased with the experience 😎
