We arrived hungry on a quiet Monday morning.. and the place had few customers. The breakfast menu looks really good with plenty of healthy choices. We particularly liked the light breakfast options and the choice of bread (granary, sourdough or white). I had what was described in the menu as 'Oat cakes' but in fact they were oat pancakes with cheese, mushroom and bacon filling and they were delicious! The coffees are good too and the staff helpful and efficient. One place I would recommend and visit again when we're next in town.

Amazing food, we had the halloumi burger and the breakfast wrap. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Definitely recommend getting a piece of cake for afterwards.

My partner and I enjoyed a breakfast cob, fantastic quality, taste and portions. Staff very welcoming to both ourselves and our dog. Definitely visit this cafe again whenever we're next in Buxton. Highly recommend.

What a gem of a place. Huge menu, and even bigger portions. Very friendly, & helpful with menu choices. Leave room for the delicious cake, & scones. Best, fresh coffee in Buxton too.

We've been waiting to have a traditional English breakfast for 45 minutes before it's been served, they we're giving priority to take aways 🤷🙅...Only 6 people inside the restaurant...Asked to have tea without milk and they added milk...Asked to have the breakfast wihout black pudding and have it replaced by hash browns and still we found black pudding in our plates with NO hash browns 😤...Food was ok

Lovely last minute breakfast whilst in the area. Flexible on exchanging items on the breakfasts. Very extensive menu considering the small kitchen, but everything that came out looked delicious. Had the full English and would rate 10/10, sausages sourced locally too!

Found this place mid afternoon on Thursday. Very good menu, gluten free options too. Had the chilli chips and cheese, very tasty. My friend had the ham egg and chips, went down a treat. Friendly staff

We first noticed this lively filled cafe within Buxton town centre, whilst looking for somewhere to eat. After checking out the large menu, we managed to find the last table. With a quick visit to the bathroom (I normally wouldn’t normally comment, however it had a wide variety of sanitary products and sprays to freshen yourself up with). The large double sided menu had plenty to offer from vegan, vegetarian, classic breakfasts, salads, to large hearty meals. We decided to go for the Halloumi Sweet Chilli Salad & the Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Salomon & Black Pepper, with Fresh Coffee & Pineapple Juice.

Absolute 5 star place! Had some early brunch with perfectly poached eggs and fresh tasty sourdough, so yum! Materials and cooking were great. Service also great, responsive and happy to tailor the order. Nice, well- lit seating area next to a big window with views of the square. Fresh flowers on the table are always a bonus too. Really impressed!
