Tikka Villa in High Peak

Open kitchen, clean and fascinating to watch, good decor, good seated waiting area. I didn't each much but the food was reasonable, prices were good, service was good and quick!

We orderd 2 onion bhaji, chicken Tikka, Chilli Nann and a portion of chips today, weve tried the rest now we have tried the best, stunning tikka, succulent chicken and the best onion bhaji around, the nann was fresh and well cooked chips were still red hot after we arrived back in Tideswell, I've eaten at award winning restaurants in Bradford and I'm so happy to say this was better, if I could give 10 I would.

Such an underrated takeaway! Don't order from here often but it's such a nice takeaway! The food is amazing & the portion sizes are generous and the prices are brilliant too! Will definitely be placing more orders here in future! X

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I called today at 22:35hrs for collection. The guy on the phone could not speak English. I said I wanted a vegetable Onion Bhaji. I then placed my usual order of a curry. It came to £14.50, more than I was expecting. It felt rushed. I said I will collect at 22:55. He said NO, he is closing and to get there at 22:50hrs. Then he just put the phone down. I then arrive, pay the £14.50. No manners or please and thank you. I arrive home to see that I have been given no Onion/veg bhaji and I am given a mixed veg dish and my curry. I tried calling back at 23:02 to inform them of this. There was no answer. There is no facility to email them. Thus, I am using this. People BEAWARE. They will give you the wrong order, over charge you and then to add further insult, are just rude on the phone.

The best take away curry in Buxton by far.I’ve eaten Currys all around the world and it’s best tasting curry I’ve ever had.Try the South Indian exotica. A superb variety and taste.Jed the owner is very friendly and hospitable.5* all the way.

Whilst staying on a camp site we pre-ordered a takeaway meal including starters and main meals for 19 people. They were extremely helpful and promised to deliver the very large order as near to 7.00 pm as possible. The meals arrived at exactly 7.00 pm and everything we ordered was correct. The food was excellent. Everyone in the party would like to thank Tikka Villa. They made our party unforgettable.
