Just had an early lunch. Lovely food in a very friendly cafe. Environment very welcoming, served by Rachel a most obliging lady. Would highly recommend. Please open another cafe like this in Sheffield.

Coffee was lovely, lunch was a huge portion of mushrooms & avocado on toast with balsamic dressing which was delicious, service great, would definitely recommend and will be returning with my granddaughter soon, thank you.

I randomly came across About Thyme whilst on a bike ride. I had the full english sat in a lovely courtyard and it was delicious. I was served by Becca & Rachel who were so nice and friendly. I will definitely be calling again.

Excellent vibe, positively buzzing and great food & drink selection! You won't regret your decision to come here! They treat everybody like family and are on top of all needs. Plus, they have a huge emphasis on dietaries aswell which is always a bonus!

About Thyme is Glossop's most underrated eaterie. The Breakfasts and Rice bowls in particular are amazing. The staff always incredibly pleasant and helpful. I've never had a bad experience here.Too busy eating to add photos, will next time.

Can’t recommend here enough!! I had such a lovely experience. I am gluten free and was stressing by about finding somewhere to eat, I came after they had finished serving food but the staff said they would serve us anyway!

What a great find, I visited with my grandson quite by chance.Simply great coffee and cakes most of which were home-made are the best I’ve had anywhere. Now the best bit for me, they really do understand how to do gluten-free correctly. If you’re coeliac or gluten intolerant you will know how important this is. You can trust this coffee lounge and you won’t be disappointed with the quality or choice.Brilliant, we will be back.

I have no idea why I haven't written a review for this place sooner? Since the new owner has taken over it has become a busy place and rightly so as it is the place to go for excellent beverages (best tea for miles!) and the food I've had from here has been delicious and seriously worth the money. I highly recommend the place if you're local or a visitor to Glossop - You'll definitely get a warm welcome and you certainly won't regret it! Don't tell anyone about the secret garden ;)

Found this place by accident and it didn't disappoint. We arrived late in the day and was accommodated with a lovely potatoe hash which was presented lovely. Tea made with tea leaves tasted great! All reasonably priced. Will return when in the area.

I'd love to give this more stars as the service is friendly and decor is nice. Menu seemed to have plenty of choice, however, I picked the prawn cocktail sandwich and all the prawns still had the tails on. I don't think that's my personal preference here, I would expect the shell to be taken off an ingredient that is inside something else and not just for presentation? Therefore, I had to open my sandwich and messily pick all the tails off myself. The sauce tasted great though and the bread was really nice, it's such a shame I was put off after an unexpectedly crunchy first bite. I was jealous of my partners ham cheese toasty as that was apparently delicious.
