First order decent second time the fish was like rubber To me the fish was not very nice this time and when I pay almost £8 for a fish I am not going to lie and say it was delicious if it was not but the plaice lol as good reviews so could have been a one off I will try again to see if any different next time

I ordered food tonight and it was fabulous, hubby said the pie and chips tasted wonderful and I had a chicken kebab nan that had a large amount of salad on, just as requested. The portion sizes were very substantial.Thank you so much.

Best fish by a mile. Chicken/kebab meat is great and always fresh salad.

This chippy had used to be really good, very friendly and good food.Tonight the customer service was poor and the fish and chips were disgusting.Poor customer service can be tolerated if the food is good but when the food is bad aswell then I would neither recommend them or use them again.

Great quality, great price, great service. I used to go to Chris' down the road but now I'm heading here every time. The fact that the kebab prep station is directly in front of the window says a lot about their standards - very high.

I ring up for a collection as I want the order to be ready when I get there. , as I arrived there 15 minutes later , they didn’t even make my order I have to then wait in the que for ten minutes. Then order my food like everyone else as they haven’t even prepped my food? Second time this has happened. Why have a phone service to pre order food for collection if your not going to do it. Missed my bus to Leicester now got to wait another 40 minutes for the next. Great

I have been a customer for over 10 years. The service and quality of food is second to none. The team are constantly finding ways to improve their menu, a recent example is their salad that now includes pickled red cabbage which is delightful. Mirroring all the other reviews their Kebabs are best in class. Topped off with spotless hygiene. Keep up the great work, it is not going unnoticed.

Can't understand why this place has 4 to 5 stars!Went there last night and the fish we ordered was barely cooked, the batter was raw and thick !!It was terrible to say the least. Ordered mushy peas, got home to find the peas were curry sauce!! Never again! Waste of money!!
