Lovely pub and tasty food, always has been. Shame about being rushed/ the wait for some meals and then told people are waiting for us to leave. Our plates being taken away whilst people are still eating. Also, as we are putting our coats on to leave the waitress tells us the customers are getting angry at waiting- we don't need to be told that, especially as we are leaving. A bad way to walk out after long overdue family meal. The rating reflects the waitresses comments.

Booked a table and was seated very close to the toilet door so asked to move. We were then seated next to a table near the bar whereby the people having a meal had a dog eating scraps off the floor.The meals bought out to this tablewere well over priced for the quality so we didn’t order but paid for our drinks and left.This use to be a good pub to eat at so what’s gone wrong?We eat at many restaurants and definitely won't return.

Dissapointing meal but great pub. The children's burger was a bigger portion than the pie and mash and a 1/3 of the cost. So I was defintely regretting choosing a pie

Staying in Sharnford with a special friend. Have visited a few times and can't fault anything. Great pub,food and fantastic staff. Well done all.

Sunday lunch for a family member's birthday. They seem to have this down to a fine art. Everyone enjoyed their meal and served together all 7 of us. Good choice of desserts! A happy bunch!

Good amount of parking, the place is clean and looks nice. It serves all your favourite pub food and has a nice selection of draught beers. The staff are really friendly too, so the service was great. Will be coming back!
