Was ok while open unfortunately the moment lockdown hit they closed and fired all staff. Basically contributed to 10-25% of covid shut downs though this was the only major chain. #insidertrading

The only good part was the incredible selection of drinks with unlimited refills, shame the machines either didn't work or just gave you syrup. The wait for food was incredibly long and it was disgusting, the chicken burgers literally taste like fish and the buns were always hard. They also had teens literally trashing the place and harassing customers and wouldn't do anything about it. So glad there's no chance of this reopening as this place has ruined me from ever trying burger King again after my few sad meals from here

Place is awful. Very slow not to mention the filth. Everytime I come here I have to clean my own table because they do not clean. I always tidy up after me and my children, the least I expect is a clean table to eat at. I would avoid this place if possible but as there is not much alternative for my children I don't really have much choice. The place needs closing down and a McDonald's needs to open.

If you go into the store it takes 30minutes to get food, the drinks machines are always broken and it's always a mess.If you order takeaway, things get missed (if the order turns up at all) food is cold, Burger King "cant" give refunds apparently so you end up spending money on food you will never get.Absolutely diabolical, Hinckley residents were excited for 12 months waiting for this store to open, now we are all hoping it closes down! I'm hoping Burger King as a company actually have some sort of pride in their brand and close this place! I have ordered or been in probably 5 times over the past 2 years and it's been the same issues every time. Today was the final nail in their coffin for me.

Long wait for food staff in trained and after long wait for food to find they have no use cream machine working. Now out of 5 visits to this one in Hinckley only once was the ice cream machine working. Very poor All not use again wast of money and time no apologies from staff they need training at once

Mot even a scratch on KFC or McDonald's as far as fast food goes. High prices, poor quality, unenthusiastic staff, horrible decor and broken drinks machines. Only positive is that they still have plastic straws (I'm all about the environment but can't stand soggy paper in my mouth), but a burger meal costs over £7 depending on your choice which is almost a meal in some local restaurants - I would urge consumers to support local businesses instead of choosing this venue.

Good food, freshly cooked, reasonably priced. Just seem to close too early for a fast food restaurant. Also, the drinks machines have always ran out of the varieties leaving a small choice. judging by the rest of the reviews, the service is inconsistent throughout the day. There have already been two closures in the crescent of food establishments. Burger King will go the same way which would be a shame.

A good place to retire. Wow, Burger King, is this what you've let yourself go to? No wonder McDonalds is everywhere and you're...making me wait 25 minutes for 'fast food'? Back to the drawing board...or is that bored?

Never had a wholly decent meal here. 9 out of 10 times the fries are reheated and I've had to ask for fresh. Every single time most of the seating has been closed off and what seating is left is filthy with tables needing cleared/ cleaned. Puts a damper on the whole experience, like having to ask for basics like napkins!I've now stopped going.......

My family & I visited shortly after store opening (+/= 2 weeks). Unfortunately despite being a BK fan I was left less than impressed with this store. The staff struggled with the order (Poor grasp of English), did not have several things on the menu including the kids toys for the meals and the food was not particularly hot when we got it. Will go back and will definitely improve my rating if things have improved. Store was however very clean and not very busy which were both positives.
