Costa Coffee in Hinckley and Bosworth

This place has a new manager and she has made a big difference once again customer service is back. Still the best Costa in Hinckley.

Just nipped in to grab a medium iced mocha. Conversation went as followsServer: erm...do we do iced mocha? (asking colleague)Bored Looking Colleague: Dunno, it's up to you...some stuff is there....dunno.Basically they couldn't be bothered to do it.Won't be returning. Wouldn't want to put you out or ask you to actually do what you're being paid for.

Good coffee but only available in takeaway cups inside presumably due to staff shortages

First time been in the Castle Street Hinckley branch but won't be the last. Had great Hot Cross Bun Cappuccino and two Rocky for £2.35. Well had freebie coffee anyway!! Great value , decent chap who served me and overall pleasant and clean place.

Tracey and ellis were so lovely and attentive, they made sure my order was completed after an issue with the Uber eats driver. I also received two free lemon muffins as an apology due to the oven having technical issues. Thank you so much! :)

Very rude staff member, who made 3 of us move outside, even though there was only 2 in the shop, she allowed an OAP, to stand less than 3 foot from the man in front of him, & just said "Dad you're next" Told me & the lady behind that we were too close, even though we were stood on the feet markings! Looks like daddy gets preferential treatment. BTW, you can get at least 6 people in at a time due to the floor markings. Left & went to the crescent, where the staff are much friendlier & speak to you like you're human & not doing them a favour by buying from them! Never again. Lady staff member needs to be retrained in customer service.

Always friendly and helpful throughout the takeaway service period. Cheerful greeting and quick service each time I have visited.Covid-19 restrictions observed and maintained throughout.

It was really nice and the drinks are nice but they did serve me a warm peach iced tea 😂 love Costa though all other drinks from this store have been yum.

Usually great coffee etc but this time I had a honeycomb latte which was served half drink, half froth! I ask the lady if she could top it up (which she did) but it was still full of froth! She said this is how they are served now! I felt a little ripped off!!!

Nice shop, good staff, sometimes the tables can be messy when the shop is busy. Not happy with pressure selling the staff are made to do. I need a coffee, and not to be bombarded with upgrades on what I ordered. A coffee, and a snack is all people ask, a quiet place of contemplation.
