Domino's Pizza Hinckley in Hinckley and Bosworth

Ordered online and was updated along the way. Delivery was really fast and pizza nice. Have noticed sometimes they don't seem to put toppings on each slice (cheese) or they forget the chop it up. But all in all a good addition to town.

They forgot part of my food and then when it finally arrived the rest of it was cold. Absolutely disgusting

My Wife and I ordered two pizza's on the 50% off deal. They are the best Pizza's we have had from the Hinckley branch. Well loaded and a delicious base. The delivery was very quick and the delivery driver Daniel was very polite , friendly and made sure he delivered using the social distancing no contact rules. He even came back to deliver the sauce that had fallen into his bag.Great service all round and we will using the Hinckley branch again soon. Thankyou

Great pizza 95% of the time. Not so good at sending the right flavour of dip (About 30% of time they bring us the wrong flavour). Would thoroughly recommend though.

Can't fault it really, friendly staff in person and over the phone. Pizza orders have been spot on every time and the food tastes amazing! Great and reliable place for a takeaway night!

When order arrived after taking nearly an hour it was cold. Half the order was incorrect. Missing items. Ordered potato wedges with cheese. Not sure what the black stuff that came with it is (see photo).Spoke to "Jeff" must be new as kept referring to his manager "Dan" who was unwilling to give his surname, also unwilling to give his area manager's name and contact details. Also informed they didn't have the technology at that store to email me a confirmation that I would receive a fund for the incorrect & missing items.

After ordering at 7:30 tonight we still at 22:33 have not received our order!! I called 45 minutes ago to be told my order was out for delivery,I have called again just now to be told my pizza was made without a ticket and has gone cold!! I have requested to speak to a manager and low and behold he’s not in today! I asked for his name so I could call him tomorrow and was told Tom! He would not give me a surname apparently due to data protection! What a load of bull!

I thought I'd give them a second chance after previously ordering and waiting over 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. I wish I hadn't it looks like it's going o be the same again tonight. I ordered my pizza at 19:20 I used the tracking app and thought it was odd that it hasn't moved off prep for an hour so I rang up to be answered and was started in mid conversation as the woman thought she had taken another customer off hold. I explained that I wasn't the customer she was supposed to be talking to and that I have just rang up she put me on hold. After being on hold for 10 minutes someone took me off hold and then hung straight up on me!!! I rang back up and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one available. Maybe that's why this experience was so shocking then? Anyway I was told I would be called later by a manager and my pizza was still on prep because they haven't started it yet and it would still probably be another 30-40 mins and was offered a free pizza next time I order. (I won't hold my breath) anyway it's now been way over 30-40 mins and I've still not received my pizza.What a rubbish franchisee!1. Manage your incoming calls better2. Set customers expectations realistically3. Close future orderes if your too busy

Ordered food. Thirty minutes later it arrived good and hot but missing coleslaw. Driver was apologetic and said would be straight back. Twenty minutes later I called the Hinckley shop and was told driving had just arrived back. I asked for fresh pizza other had gone cold. Was told they couldn't do it by young lady on phone. I went to shop to get a refund and was told that it couldn't be done because shift manager didnt know how to do it on the card machine. Mrs wasn't a happy person. No food and as yet no refund.
