Very disappointed with the meal the lady that took the order did not get it right staff had a go it was my fault even when I said on The phone what I wanted to order meal. Was not very warm and very fatty you could taste the fat, all in all not up to usual standard from this restaurant

Phoned up for delivery was told 1hr wait which I didn’t mind ,but food arrived 1and half hours later.If I had been told at time this was how long it was going to be I wouldn’t off ordered.Don’t like eating too late as lays on stomach .Food was nice but they should tell the truth about how long it’s going to be !

Delicious food and great value for money. Would highly recommend the salt and pepper chips which you get a whole bag of for about £2! Amazing

Great service. Phoned ahead for collection. They msgd me to say the had no sweet ginger for my chicken dish, did I want fresh ginger in it. Huge portions,we ordered 2 mains, one rice and a portion of chips, you could easily get 2 servings from one main. Good value for your money

Got lied to the other night after I complained that my house special curry had pineapple in it.That was the first time i had ever come across it in my curry. They said it has always been in special curry.No way, I hate pineapple and would taste it. They obviously have started to use it to bulk up the meal!!Anybody else noticed the extra pineapple in their house special curry???

Gave us the wrong dish, refused to correct order then started shouting down phone and put phone down on us!!! And also missed out the chips, only a £25 order. Nothing was fresh, no one ate anything from the order, was a shame.

The receptionist can never understand what you are asking for, or the details you provide. We've had issues with this in the past ie delivery made to wrong addresses. We started an order tonight but ended up cancelling it and not paying for it as everything was getting confused, we ordered from a different chinese and upon receiving delivery soon realised food paradise had still sent an order and we'd taken it thinking it was the order we'd paid for (the order was wrong may I add!) Long story short we're now on their blacklist for a mistake made by their receptionist. Why send a delivery that hasn't been confirmed nor paid for?

Best Chinese food in Hinckley. I have quite literally tried every chinese takeaway in the area, and I can safely say this place takes the crown. Stars is a close runner up with food, but Food Paradise blows them away with customer service and cost saving.
