Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hinckley and Bosworth

Went through drive through, told would be five minutes, after 15 minutes and seeing some people being served food (people who I watched arrive), I went in to ask where my order was, only to be told they'd ran out of cooked chicken and were cooking more.Not impressed with the service at all.

We much prefer this KFC to the Nuneaton Weddington one. The staff are always happier, food fresher and hotter. One downfall is the length of time it takes to take orders BUT I can see past that 😊

Always seams like the wrong time to call. Either dried up been under hot lamps for ages and cardboard chips. Or dripping in fat cooking oil thats not had time to come up to temperature. plus no salt sashes ...

Service was a little slow but there was a notice saying that there were delays. Food was fine nowhere near as greasy as it used to be but it's KFC so it was still slightly greasy. Chips were lovely which I always used to hate but they have much more flavour these days.

Ordered a dipping boneless feast to be delivered as a treat for the family. Delivery was fast and can not fault the delivery driver. However, the dipps were missing from the ordered dipping boneless feast!! When we called the store it took over 10minutes for the manager to agree to talk to us only to be told that she was not willing to send the missing dips out or give a refund and hung up the phone to us. Would not recommend this store. Very disappointed.

Can't comment on the food because I didn't get that far, you can't edit the burger on ubereats (you should be able to because not everyone wants everything smothered in mayo all the time) tried calling to see if anything can be done and noone answered, I called 4 times, each time ringing untill it hung itself up. I understand its 7pm on a Monday night and they may be busy but noone answered for that long? Gonna get a burger elsewhere

Food ok, had to wait to sit down as table was filthy took about 5 mins for someone to decide who was going to clean it. Nowhere need the cleaning standards of McDonald's. But other than that ok.

Went today and they don't serve tea or coffee even in the cold weather. Not only that but they weren't serving and cold drinks from the pumps behind the counter. Choices were orange juice in a bottle or water! Very disappointed. We were in there for 20 minutes and several customers had left during this time without a single member of staff clearing and wiping down the tables in readiness for the next customer. Not very COVID aware!

Just went through the drive through, the worst meal I have ever had in my life. Very quiet no custom, freezing cold solid chicken strips, soggy cold stale coating, cold stale chips, and the chicken legs were cold and pink in the middle. Has put me off KFC for life. Prepare to be disappointed and pray you don’t get ill. Food clearly been sitting there all day and not at a temperature safe enough to serve. Yuk!
