London Road Chippy in Hinckley and Bosworth

Don't always believe all the reviews you read, used this chip shop on a number of occasions, can't fault it, everything cooked fresh while you wait to perfection, thanks sunny keep up the good work

Chips undercooked and battered sausage was horrible.

Best battered fish in town! This is a fantastic chip shop. The fish is always cooked fresh while you wait which makes it super crispy and fresh and isn’t then soggy by the time you get home like most chippys. The taste is the best i’ve had so far (not greasy) and the chips are also yummy. The staff are always chatty and friendly. So glad it’s our local 😁.

We have been using this chip shop for a year now and wouldn't go anywhere else! The fish is always cooked fresh and the chips are perfect! The service is great and always executed with a smile! Keep it up guys :)

friday the 30thcame to the shop with my friends to get some chipsordered the chips and the bloke who took the order seemed completely disgruntledanyway they do cook mine and my friends chips and they were soggy like an potato and grease brothhad some peas with it too cause why not?black bits in the peas wich i cant decipher if they should be there or not but completely disgusting anywaycomplete ripoff food not good staff not good prices not goodmassive portions tho if youre a fan of potato and oil broth id say go for it if not STAY AWAY

Nice fresh fish and chips I liked mine very much. I haven't given 5* only because my husband wasn't impressed he said the batter was greasy & soggy on his fish!

Popped in for some tea after work. Fish and chips were delicious. Fish all cooked to order with a choice of cod or haddock. Best chippy tea I've had in a long time and very generous portions. Will definitely be back again.

These guys are good!!! Very friendly and the Fish is freshly cooked in a light batter. They are happy to take your order by phone, so your order is ready when you arrive. Wish them well with the new venture.
