McDonald's in Hinckley and Bosworth

Absolutely useless. Can't even manage to get a simple 3 piece order right at 9 at night when it's dead. I'm sure like 80% off all the orders I've ever had have been wrong somehow

Usually great service from here. But it's a shame that they can't assemble a muffin properly... what a mess...

Ordered from uber eats missed most of our order. So called the store 🙄 the lady that answered was no help at all. Never even went to look to see if the driver had left our order there. Just had to put up with a few burgers no fries no puddings and the cokes were flat. Will not be going there again! Disgraceful service!

Shocking service in general, although many of the team have in my experience been fine one member in particular I found to be highly objectionable recently. Having failed twice in a row to get my order correct this white shirted team member proceeded to tell me it was my fault! I’ve eaten at McDonald’s for 30 + years and this branch in general represents the single worst branch and only branch I’ve ever had issue with. It’s clear why McDonald’s corporate allowed a 2nd franchise to be opened a mere mile away on the same road towards Nuneaton. If your on the bypass I’d strongly recommend you continue on to the one down the road.

Avoid! You have to wait for ages in a bay waiting until they eventually bring you your order wrong, missing items and cold! Many othercomplaints here saying the same thing. Have tried here several times always with problems but no more. Read the many other similar reviews. The worst drive thru I have experienced.👎

If you enjoy ordering what you want and getting completely the opposite I’d 100% come here also they do a diy chicken wrap for when the chef simply can’t be arsed I think the radioactive cows in Chernobyl could honestly do a better job than half the clowns who work here

More than once they’ve messed up orders drastically. One time was ordering online where they kept the money but never had my food delivered because they “ran out” and one time at the drive through I got my drink but no food despite paying for it. The other maccies in Hinckley has never messed up an order for me before so it’s just pure incompetence from the staff

Ordered food for delivery at 17.40hrs. Hadn't arrived by 19.15hrs.I went to the restaurant. I was told its not their fault. It wasn't their responsibilty. It had nothing to do with them. There was no apology. In fact, there was no customer service. It was devoid of any acceptance that anything was wrong. They weren't bothered.It was all the fault of Uber.How can an order still be undelivered after 90 minutes, and the restaurant sending out the food doesn't do something about it?Please don't complain at the source of the food, because they don't care.

Had the new McPlant burger meal today and am so happy I could kiss the staff. I didn't. That would be weird.

Really couldn't understand the long wait to get into the restaurant. I would have used the drive thru only I needed to use the toilet. It turns out that there were a few deliveries going outI had the Wrap of the day for £1.99 and a latte coffee ☕Will avoid this one in future in favour of the large organised one on the A5.The staff are pleasant, though
