Prezzo in Hinckley and Bosworth

Very busy Friday evening, quite noisy but a good atmosphere.Waitress was brilliant. She was friendly, efficient and informative of the menu to help us with our choices.

Best place in Hinckley, staff very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Clean toilets, which is alwlays a good sign. Food is excellent and value for money. Would highly recommend.

Came here this evening, the food was exquisite and the customer service is 5*! They cannot do enough for you! Visited the one in Devon a few months back and it is exactly the same. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants!

Great customer service over the phone and in the restaurant… great food too! Everyone on our table enjoyed their meal and complimented the service.I would definitely recommend.

I like the Prezzo chain. Good food, trendy design and affordable prices comes to mind when I think aboutPrezzo. Plenty car parks around, I prefer St Mary's Road Car Par(it's free after 6pm) which max. 4 mins walk from this restaurant. It's located in a trendy area full of other restaurants, cafes, shops and a cinema. Very busy during the hot summer nights.So, moving on to the food. Another exceptional dinner I just had yesterday. It was a little unfortunate that they didn't have Tiramisu nor hot drinks, but it wasn't the end of the world. The food was tasty, portions probably a little too large. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Located within the Hinckley centre, nearest parking we found was at the Sainsbury’s (free parking for 3hrs when you spend £5+ at sains) and you come out into the high street, it’s a 3-5mins walk down the road.The service was fantastic. The waitress was very helpful and attentive. However the food wasn’t great, it lacked any flavour in my creamy chicken pasta and the chips was over salted. The portion size was huge though!We enjoyed the time out to catch up with friends. But a shame for the food. The cocktails definitely helped.I wouldn’t recommend a visit.

The place is easy to find. Easy place to park is at the Sainsbury that's 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice and quick with the food, respecting covid laws, you can order from the restaurant or online and just pick it up. The place is very clean food is very good with fresh ingredients, the pizza crust is nice and thin as it should be, pizza cooked on fire. The only downside is that the pizza box gets cold quite quickly... 2nd thing the pizza isn't sliced. The security seal on the pizza box is funny😄😄

I can't say how happy I was to eat in here. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the food was amazing. I definitely recommend and I will return here soon.

A beyond disgraceful order from Deliveroo on Christmas Eve. Paid £65 for 3 people, was delivered late and stone cold with items missing. The latter confirmed issue was with Prezzo not Deliveroo. The presentation was such a sin I was expecting Jesus to resurrect early. Customer service on the phone was disgusting and unapologetic and laughed when I asked them to take it back, - called Deliveroo who agreed Prezzo were way off the mark and refunded the whole thing. The dog didn't want it so we threw it in the bin and went to Torro Lounge where the food was great. I get it was christmas eve but if you can't handle orders don't bother taking them. Out of their depth.
