Railway Inn in Hinckley and Bosworth

Me and my husband are not hard drinkers. So the guy at the counter made for us long island iced tea and it was so good. The food also was warm, nicely served by the lady and tasted nice. Though I wish they had more options in veg. The plant based burger patties in general I really don't find them tasty at all. I wished it was more of authentic prepared from veggies, chick peas etc. Or even falafel based veg patty tastes very good. If that doesn't work, should be given an option for potato patty. With that it would have been for me then a perfect place to dine in. However my husband's food was superb as he said. So that's why full stars for the experience.

Had a meal and drinks in here on Friday evening, 24th, food was brilliant, staff were funny and helpful. There was a large party in on a retirement do or a hen do, staff were really good at just keeping us in the loop with our order, were apologetic about timings, even though they had no need to be.

Great pub for real ale drinkers. Did not eat this time, but its on the list to try it.

Lovely meal. Descent portions. Good service. Nice selection on tap. Nice little Pub!

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and very nice food. We went at lunch time and was quiet, and food was delicious and quick.

Food was honestly lovely from here today. My only reason for marking lower was the experience I had at the bar, the gentleman serving me made me feel so uncomfortable after the rude way he served me, I honestly did not even dare ask for a menu luckily my partner did. We where looking for somewhere else to eat but as we already had our drinks decided to stay, not sure I would return but to be honest the food was awesome that we did have :)

Back up and running after the pandemic... dropped in unannounced and they looked after us impeccably. Food was spot on, staff were chatty and efficient, beer was great. One of my favourite places for a family Friday dinner and pint!

I visited this place yesterday. While I was waiting for my brother. So I add a beer. And later I add lunch. I must say that it was a great place for a visit the food was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I must say that I would recommend this place for a visit

I can only review the Sunday dinner as I haven't been for food in the week. YET. Because the meal we had was so good I must go try their main menu. Everything was perfect and the portion of meat was very generous actually all helpings were. We ordered a side of extra Yorkshire puddings but they weren't needed. Can't wait to go again and try the other meats. Although the pork was so nice I can't imagine not wanting to order it again. Not too busy either and we were able to phone and book in that morning.
