Ordered at 8.45 with a 45 min expected wait for my £7.50 lemontastic and this is what I got at 10.15pm. A cold hard crepe in a soft cardboard box, a warm smoothie as it had obviously all sat on the side until they closed to deliver it and, no toppings or ice cream of any kind. Fuming it took so long and fuming our order was totally incomplete, no replacements offered. So full refund from just eat. Won't be bothering again.

Came onsite to make a takeaway order on 13/03/22.The system of ordering via the tablet at the till or via the QR code on the table wasn't explained, so was just left to stand.I can always appreciate when somewhere in the hospitality industry is busy and struggling. However a bit of communication to let your customers know about a lengthy wait time is normally the done thing.After arriving at 7pm, eventually being told how to order, we placed the order at 7.19pm, i let the staff know I wanted to take the order out.Around 40 minutes later I asked where our order was, was told they’re busy and they’re sorry, of which a group of 3 who ordered around 20 after us then had their desserts bought out.Obviously at this point I was quite disgruntled. At around 55 minutes after I ordered they then told me they didn’t have part of the order. But they could make itUp.A. If you can make it up, why not just make it up?B. Why tell me 55 minutes later?I eventually got my order at 57 minutes after I ordered.Food was alright, which is what’s most disappointing because I won’t come back until changes are made.

Turned up 2 and a half hours after ordering, half the toppings missing and waffles were cold, perhaps you could rename yourself 'sweet treat' as you get one topping or by the looks of the reviews you only get one item on your order, or 'sweet wait'

My son ordered for delivery. After waiting 2 hours and the delivery status stating delivered came I took him down to find out where his order was as the phone lines,again wernt working. He gave his address and then we waited 20 minutes for them to make the order,however once handed the order it wasn't even his. They hadn't even rung the order off the till. The side were absolutely filthy. Putting made orders on dirty sides. A member of staff came back from break,we think as she was wearing her coat, and didn't even wash her hands. The whole place from the tables to the preparation table were absolutely filthy. The place has gone down hill and doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'd love to see the food hygiene cert as it's definitely not 5 star anymore

Go for the classic waffle rather than the chocolate one. The chocolate waffles are a bit dry in comparison. However both are lovely and great value for money. The gelato (ice cream) is amazing

Far too slow! Popped in, ordered a cheesecake and milkshake. Told by the friendly enough waitress that she would bring out to the car in 5/10 minutes. Was more than happy with that. Went back in 20 minutes later to be told it’s on its way. Waited at the counter and watched a young lad preparing waffles whilst popping bits of the chocolate toppings into his mouth and on to the waffles for customers - no gloves. My cheesecake or milkshake had not even been started so stood there another 10 minutes for my order.

I placed an order on just eat and it took nearly 2 hours for the just eat app to it arrived when it didn't….I won't be ordering again.They normally get the order wrong aswell as it seems they rushi live literally less then 5 minutes from the place and they were too busy sending off food in 20 minute different directions rather then dealing with closer customers who have waited ages…..Im asking for a refund as i write this. can’t believe i wasted £2 on delivery of something i never even got.
