The Baron in Hinckley and Bosworth

Just popped in for a quick whilst waiting for a bus pleasant staff member good variety of drinks

Drink was fine, bouncers seemed friendly but service was very slow because there was only 1 girl behind the bar on a Saturday evening. Lots of people high off drugs in there.

Slow food and unfriendly pub. Needs to think more wetherspoons as not good

Quite pleasant if basic. The food was lovely. Not cheap but not dear.

Town centre local. Inexpensive. Nice welcome; dog friendly. Not perhaps somewhere you would take a lady.

Brilliant pub. The staff including the security are all really friendly. Had a decent pint of Carling in here and was very cheap.

Nice well presented pub, reasonable drink prices and brilliant entertainment on a Thursday evening with the bingo well recommended 👍

A fine example of a former JD Wetherspoon being reimagined as an independent pub.Lovely staff! The barman, Owen, was very friendly.Very pleased with the prices of the brewery's ales and I hope to return next time I'm in Hinckley.

The beer is OK but be careful with the food. I ordered the ribs with 6 onion rings, I got 6 onion rings but they were far from consistent in size, I know that onions are different in size but I don't expect such a variance between the smallest and largest rings. The food wasnt very warm either. I don't think we will be coming here again for food but we will have the odd pint

My boyfriend and I visited this week and were disappointed. The food looked like it was cooked the day before and then warmed up for us. The egg yolks weren’t runny, my toast had burnt bits on and I found something very over cooked and burnt black (see pictures) on my plate. Toilets were ok but there was a missing toilet seat. I won’t be returning.
