I order a buffet for 50 people for my sisters 50th Everyone said how lovely the food was. I would recommend to family and friends. Great service from start to finish. Thank you very much

Staff were super friendly but standard customer service skills were really lacking (for example, we weren't shown to a table when we arrived, the till was continually unmanned, and our order wasn't taken until 15 minutes of being sat at the table). The room was nicely decorated with lovely china, but unfortunately our china and cutlery weren't clean. We didn't get the 'relaxing' and 'calm' atmosphere we were looking for due to a large party. In terms of the food, presentation could have been improved (specifically the finger sandwiches). All the food tasted nice (especially the scones!) but the tea and coffee were very weak and nearly undrinkable. Finally, they didn't have a card machine which was odd. Overall, this place has great potential but didn't quite hit the mark for me.

This was a lovely place to have an afternoon tea. Me and my partner went and had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly and the food was good.

We've just had a socially distanced office lunch in lieu of a Christmas party. We ordered 6 luxury afternoon teas and Leanne delivered them to us in 6 individual boxes so that we could keep our own food separate from each others', which I thought was a genius idea! Ok, it didn't look like a typical afternoon tea when we sat down to eat, but we were able to enjoy it whilst maintaining our Covid safety measures. The food was really lovely and the cakes and baked goods were divine! There was so much food that most of us saved some for the following day too! We were thoroughly impressed with the standard of the food and we received a fantastic service from Leanne :)

The food was nice, however they were not able to serve several tables at once. Was disappointed when my daughter found hair in her sandwich, and not received any money back, was told that hair nets was worn which we clearly could see it was not. The staff were very polite however orders were all mixed up, when it came for me to pay, she had no clue to what i ordered. Not a happy atmosphere, bad customer interaction.

Stunningly beautiful little venue, we both enjoyed our visit. Delicious sandwiches, tasty cake and the best warm scones I've had in a long time. Staff were lovely too! Would definitely recommend.
