The Millers in Sibson in Hinckley and Bosworth

Very disappointed with the overall service and food this time round. We have gone there a number of times and had no issues what so ever. Bit this time, drinks were wrong. Food took nearly an hour to come. My steak was no medium rare as requested. Then drinks wrong again. Then had to wait ask for dessert menu as they had been taken off us. Then had to ask over 25 min later where the they were. Then table was approached by someone stating there table was booked again at 6. Then just walked off. If the food and service would of been on time and fluid we would of not been there that long in the first place. Very disappointed as our friends had trathe over side of Derby to sit and eat there at my recommendation.

Check in was quick and easy, room was clean and comfortable. A little road noise but that didn’t stop us from sleeping. Breakfast had plenty of choice but the full English, tea and coffee were just not hot enough for us. Everything else was great. Would return.

Great service from booking in staff and staff in the restaurant. Very welcoming and made sure you had what you wanted, room very clean with hot shower, good food and selections on the menu, breakfast was also very good. Will be back.

Excellent experience, really well prepared food - the chef clearly cares! - and very attentive staff in particular Paul and Stella who really went above and beyond to give a genuine and personal service. Thank you again for a lovely meal :)

Lovely pub with the old water wheel on show.Typical Greene King food menu, but with a good chef.At the bar, possibility of 3 hand pull ales but only 1 available.Bar management could do with a bit of improvement.Generally, very good service with attentive and knowledgeable staff.Enjoy

Lovely restaurant, polite and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast!

After spending a wonderful new Years Eve at The Millers Abba Tribute night I had to write a few words of thanks to all the staff who made it a truly special. The hotel room was beautiful and spotless. The night went like clockwork from start to finish. The meal was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Well done to everyone, we will be back👍

Excellent food, lots to chose from and really friendly staff.

Lovely,pub,hotel and restaurant,the food was first class,the staff were very friendly,plenty of car parking spaces,some of the building is old so the floorboards in our room were very creaky...made it fun trying to plot the quietest route to the toilet...not a problem tho...really nice unhurried breakfast with plenty of choice.

Nice food, reasonably priced. Didn't realise 4oz steak would be quite as small as it was. Scotch egg starter was excellent.
