First experience and certainly will not be the last. Full scores for excellent food, the staff. The atmosphere was amazing. The background music was perfection. This hidden gem is out shining all their competitors. Loved the whole experience. The food was to die for.

FANTASTIC little country pub/restaurant, the staff and owners make you feel as one of the family, the food is delicious and i would highly recommend that if your anywhere in the area make a detour and treat yourselves.. we stayed over night in our camper van and went back the following day for sunday lunch it was worth the extra miles to go back on way home..

Friendly service, lovely atmosphere, but the vegetarian Sunday roast was a little disappointing. The meat was replaced with what seemed to be stir fried veg. A nutroast, mushroom wellington or similar would have been a better replacement for the meat.

Amazing service, good options for allergies and the chefs are really helpful and accommodating. Nice selection of beers but the highlight is the amazing food. The 'tapas' menu which is asian inspired is lovely, generous portions and always leaves us full and satisfied. Need to try their pizza menu next time as they looked fantastic coming out of the kitchen.

Dropped in on spec today for Sunday lunch with my wife and they were very accommodating even though very busy and 30 mins from closing service.Beautiful decor inside and great relaxed atmosphere. Staff were fabulously warm and welcoming.Our food was glorious! Probably the best Sunday lunch out I have ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection and everything tasted delicious.I can't recommend this place highly enough it's excellent. Our first experience at The Windmill but definitely not our last.

We ate here very much on a whim and they thankfully were able to accommodate our group. The venue is very country pub with a slight coastal vive. The staff are lovely and very friendly. The menu is split between pizzas and tapas with lots of options for vegetarians too. Our group of 8 enjoyed our meals and then retired to the beer garden to watch the sunset with pints in hand. Thanks to the Windmill for making our visit a pleasant and memorable one. We would definitely return if back up this way again.

Good food and varied menu but took a long time between each dish coming. Was 3 minutes from one dinner to the last coming out. We also had to ask twice for vegetables to come and it felt as though they had been forgotten. The staff were all very pleasant.
