We've been here many times over the last five years, having good and bad experiences, and always agreeing to give it one more try. However today's plum chicken wasn't sweet at all, just vinegary and tasteless. Rice a non event. Crackers were just crackers, hard to mess them up. We'll be going to Kam Ying in Hinckley in future, and if you don't want to be disappointed, we'd recommend doing the same.

Good food. Fast delivery but my beef is that they only accept cash. I'd have thought after this pandemic they would have taken their customers (and staff) a little more seriously offering some kind of card payment.

Multiple attempts to contact this place to order a takeaway for a birthday resulted in the phone being slammed down and not answered 5 times so far. Very poor service

Had food from here a few times, not always great but never been bad or cold, can wait a while if very busy though, one issue we have had is similar looking foods not labeled so when ordering as a group its a bit of a guessing game with some things

I love this Chinese, never a had a bad meal, I ordered the house special rice, thinking it was the non spicy Singapore fried rice but it was like a vegetable curry and when I rang back to say that I thought that they given me the wrong order, the chef exchanged it for me at no charge and explained what I should order next time ..... Delivery also fast & friendly service .......

Been a few times and the food is consistently good , prices are fine ( the same as / maybe slightly cheaper than other places) and they still give free prawn crackers when you order around £10 last time I went, something I have found to be a vanishing trend in a lot of places over the past few years.
