Barton Chippy in Kettering

Decent place this really good on prices aswell can't go wrong. They got good pizza deals and they ain't shy on the toppings either 😁👍

Hugely disappointed. Been ordering from here for a while. Last time i ordered was a couple of days ago at most. Frequent customer. Food for the most part is good. However there was a mixup while i sent out this order and i accidentally sent it as a collection. i call up to explain this and i tell him "i need to cancel this order so that i can put it in again as delivery, as i am unable to collect" i could barely hear the guy but he wasn't the least bit pleased. had a go at me as if i was wasting a pizza and then hung up. strange behaviour if you seek to earn money because tonight you lost a pizza, a payment and a long time customer.

Well where do I start. Rude Owner, appalling customer service, argumentative, telling the new member of staff to hang on a customer. 2 burgers sent swamped in mayo and late. Will no longer be a customer again.!

Advertises on Just Eat as delivery service, but never has enough drivers. Confirms order first so then you have to wait for a refund from Just Eat before cancelling. Cancelled 5 orders of mine in 7 months, doesn't even bother to contact you to ask if you could come and collect. Good food but terrible service and management.

AVOID. Badly cooked, generic takeaway food. prepared without any care or attention. I've been there three times over the last five years, and every time something was under-cooked or tasted off.

Nice pizzas, pies and fish nice too, always quick service, very reasonable prices chips aren’t the nicest but that’s the only bad thing

Very disappointed order food at 7pm said on email would be delivered by 7.37pm, Phoned at 7.57pm asked where delivery was as was 20 mins past delivery and children where complaining got told it was only 10 mins late? Food arrived at 8.15pm and was luke warm only explanation I got was sorry today is everyone's pay day so they had been busy! Will not be using again

Shocking customer services received from my local chippy tonight.. I have been a customer for over 10 years.. I ordered for delivery and as my wife was going out our order only came to £8.. they refused to deliver the food unless the minimum order was £8.50. Upon arrival the large sausage my daughter ordered was just barely cooked.. I had to check it incase it was raw. The large chips were not "large" and the taste of the kebab meat wasn't great. Utterly disappointed with the service.. they have lost a customer..Will be using Ocean Bay on London Road for my next Friday Night Takeaway.. poor show Barton Chippy! Only gave 1 star as I had to! Would have been 0 otherwise!

2hours to deliver food!!!! It's lucky I wasn't home as you would of had it!Order placed at 6.05....delivery at 8.10..... what had you gone to do??? Grow the spudsAbsolutely shocking time never will I use you it's my family that orderedI want this to go public as that's not acceptable and not even a discount just a complimentary bottle of bloody coke.

The chip shop is a nice place to go for a meal on different decisions of food. They have allsorts of choices between getting different sorts of Pizza's Kebabs Burger's Fish not missing out Chips plus does Takeaway's & they are also on the Just Eat App
