Costa Coffee in Kettering

Service is fine, but coffee/drinks aren't good. Wouldn't recommend. No fault of staff.

Costa coffee nice as always. Service was quick.

Always friendly staff and always busy. When visiting today there was a long queue and only one member of staff working. Young girl was rushing around like crazy trying to prepare orders for delivery drivers to take whilst also apologising to customers for the wait. We still had friendly service and great coffee. 5 Star :)

Sally service dog and I were well looked after here. Clean, tasty, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Thanks for looking after us!

As you would expect, good coffee, great service, clean and tidy. A little bit pricey.

A very rude young ladey. I think the staff need to be educated how to be polite and use their common sense. I don't know if young people here get any training in interpersonal communication. Surely, they need it.

Coffee always delicious but they do tea too. Salted caramel brownie worth a try too.

EXCELLENT, I WAS ABLE TO TAKE MY MOBILITY SCOOTER IN THERE QUITE COMFORTABLY.

Empty, with half price cakes staff very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.

Staff were helpful and chatty, the shop was clean and tidy, very warm which was lovely in this cold weather. Black Forest hot chocolate was delicious!
