Mandy and the ladies are lovely! Portion sizes are massive aswell!! Always have a good laugh when going in to get our food, and they absolutely love my son, always giving him treats. Best chippy in Desborough

Brilliant place to eat, the food is absolutely gorgeous! Never fail to impress, and the lovely lady Mandy who works there is always so smiley, welcoming and polite. Well recommend.

Upon entering what used to be my local chip shop.... I was behind 2 people I'm the shop and my phone rang, I answered as was important. Whilst on the phone the shop cleared only leaving my self and the ladies serving customers however if was still on the phone the ladies asked me if she could help 3 times whilst clearly seeing I was on the phone so I quickly ended the call... I then asked of she could see I was on the phone or not and was very very rude towards my self. Lost a customer here for sure !! Such a shame lovely chip shop as well

Desborough Fish Bar is probably the best fish and chips shop in the universe! The ladies that look after you are really friendly, very helpful (I'll explain why shortly). The shop is super clean and tidy. The portions are amazing. And it's great value for your money.I was working on Station Road on Sunday, I spotted the local chippy, got all excited, couldn't wait for 4 o'clock to come round.Had a chat with my supervisor Phil (top man), we agreed that I could take my break just after 16:30, straight into the chippy, the lovely ladies greeted me and WOW! The biggest fish potions I've ever seen (nicknames the SHARK!).So big I asked the ladies (sorry I didn't get your names) if they could cut it in half, which they did (thank you).I ate some of the other half with chips and saved the other half to share for breakfast in the morning.Thank you so much for the best fish and chips I've experienced in ages.You're the bestest, brilliant xx
