Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Kettering in Kettering

Really lovely food! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was amazing! Will definitely be coming back :)

Not our local restaurant, as we stopped here to finish a day out. First impressions were great, staff friendly, booth clean, seated & ordered quickly. However, after deciding to order a main with maybe a dessert if we had room (past experience at our local F&B is fairly large portions), we were quite surprised when our order arrived within 5-10 mins. We ordered the bbq ribs and their version of hunters chicken. The food was all luke warm, the chicken and ribs I am assuming had been precooked then heated through prior to serving, no way they could have cooked from fresh & served that quickly and the food not be piping hot, the cheese on the chicken hadn't even melted from the heat (or lack of it) from the chicken and bacon. We decided to skip dessert in the end, not because we were full, but because we weren't impressed by the main meal.Then surprising both of us that ate at the restaurant ended up with upset stomach all night, it had to be from this restaurant, as this was all we had eaten all day except our usual cereal for breakfast, don't think we will be back to this restaurant in the future!

I like their restaurants. They have become more expensive but the food is usually very good. One less star as the service was a bit slow to start but soon picked up once we got their attention

After waiting for the staff to stop chatting to each other we were finally seated. The main came out suspiciously quick and before the starter. We had the starter and sent the main back. We decided to leave after realising the mains had to be heated twice and went elsewhere.

The resturant and staff are great and work hard. However the chain is losing its way and has not kept upto date with its competitors shame. Still the food is ok and its great to take the family for a quick dinner.

Great selection of gluten free meals including gf pizza and gf pasta options which makes it a nice treat when we visit. Service was quick and the guy that waited on us was excellent.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Booth was clean and tidy. Food was delicious we had the Chicken and Prawn Alfredo with Rigatoni would definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely birthday meal and good vegan options on the menu.. 3 out of the 4 of us were vegan and everyone happy. Terrific service by the waiter bringing a surprise piece of birthday cake for the birthday girl too..

The food is amazing, lots of vegan options too. Our server was great, recommended food was friendly, helpful and funny! Didn't note his name but he was lovely.

Visited shortly after it opened after being closed for covid-19. Staff were very welcoming. It was obvious that the restaurant were adhering to government guidance. Social distancing and one way systems had been put in place. No one was allowed anywhere near the open kitchen area and they had even installed devices onto the doors so you could use your feet to avoid touching doors. Was very impressed. The staff were lovely and the service was fantastic. The food was beautiful. We all enjoyed our meals and desserts.
