Kfc in Kettering

Terrible service!!! Kids wanted KFC never even got to order. Waited ages at the box at the drive through,git ignored. Went to the window to order waited ages again and then they refused to serve us as there were 2 cRs behind us. Will rather drive 20 min to Corby in future I know their service was good and the actually worked there.

This is by far the worst KFC I have ever ordered from!! First time paid £32!! And they lost the order and it took 5 days for just eat pay it back. Then tonight I ordered 8 cookies they only put 4 in so their mistake not mine... And the best they have is give me a code so i go there to pick them up!!! What a joke!!!

Ordered via justeat was missing a whole meal which from previous reviews seems to be a running occurrence missing items etc. Tried to call the restaurant up 4 times and didnt even bother to answer the phone. Taking it staff employed here have a cant be bothered attitude . Have requested a refund and will not be ordering from kfc again

Awful service. Ordered over delivered.Most if the order didn't turn up, no chips for 3 meals, no chicken wings and no dips. The manager says when I phone to just get a refund through the app. An apology would have been a better start. Annoying as they put empty chip packets in the bag so they knew. And it was so cold. Not impressed.

3/5 purely because going into the store the chicken is always warm and nicely cooked. Don't ever bothering ordering via ubereats/deliveroo etc the food will always turn up lukewarm at best.

Extremely slow service if you go into the shop. I waited for over 15 mins before I even got to the till (and there were only 2 people queueing in front of me). They seem more interested in getting their drivethrough and deilveroo orders out.No sense of urgency to deal with customers who are stood there waiting

The food was good but the queue was really slow, I have spent more than 25 to be able order from the drive through, there was only 3 cars in front of me. Then when I went to pay the card machine had some issues so they ask me to try 4 times which it did worry I could get charged many time, they didn't seem even care about it.

Ordered from here not only was it half an hour late turning up. When I phoned to check on the delivery they advised it was sat on the side waiting for the driver, this then lead to the food being stone cold when it turned up. There were items missing off of the order and when I called through they practically told me hard luck there is nothing they can do. When spoke to the manager on shift he kept huffing and repeating "oh my god". Completely rude and horrible attitude.

Fresh & served hot. Clean envoirement. Good service. Too much packaging, KFC must review excess packaging to create a greener eat and loser costs for customers.

Visited yesterday while travelling. Extremely disappointed while served sliver colour chicken maybe laid somewhere unsuitable after frying. Unfortunately during the pick time we wanted and wanted to be served while there was only 1 car ahead of us, then we realize that they were training a girl for work. On Bank Holiday... no comment. Anyway-too late to be back and return the chicken so went to the binThanks for waiting my time and money KFC
