Miller & Carter in Kettering

Wow what a meal, fantastic food really good quality and not to badly priced. Lovely service really chatty and very friendly. Didn't have to wait long to be seated and food was served very fast after ordering. Highly recommend for anyone that hasn't been before.

Great restaurant, pork cutlet was very tasty and well presented, bacon cheeseburger was okay, nothing mind-blowing. Food came out relatively quickly, even on a Saturday night. Somewhat pricey so expect higher quality, overall I can't complain. Very accommodating, friendly staff who were always happy to help. Also a really pretty restaurant. Cosy atmosphere but also air conditioned, much appreciated in the summer. I would go again!

Just returned home after a fabulous Anniversary meal. Lucy our waitress was wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive she went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated.The food was amazing we had calamari and baked mushroom starters. Medium rare Sirloins and Summer fruit meringues. All delicious, meals were hot, had great flavours, ideally portioned and the courses were nicely spaced out we did not feel rushed at all. We will definitely be returning.Thank you Lucy and team for an absolutely perfect evening.

very pleasant greeting from the member of staff who seated us and informed us of the name of the member of staff ( Eddy) who would attend to our needs. Eddy was very helpful and constantly smiling, splendid attitude. The meals that my wife and children ordered as well as my own were delightful, as was desert. cannot fault anything regarding the visit. on a separate note, I loved the fact we had to walk round to the front of the building to find the main entrance, and thought the landscaping very pleasing to the eye.

We were greeted by our waiter who was extremely attentive and welcoming. When he discovered we were celebrating our wedding anniversary he congratulated us and even brought a slate with Happy Anniversary written in toffee sauce with strawberries to our table. We were really impressed with the attention we received and his excellent service and friendly manner

All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming, can’t remember our servers name which is awful but he was lovely and had a great sense of humour! Great food as always, always a pleasure. And special thanks to Connor and the other manager who both kindly helped us out with an embarrassing mishap when we had to rebook a table and booked it for 5 people less online!

Lovely experience at Miller and Carter’s Bank Holiday Monday lunch.Miesha was our server and as always is an absolute joy.She is so kind and warm towards my elderly parents and ourselves and nothing is too much trouble.Our food was fantastic and the atmosphere and comfort were brilliant.Love ringing that bell and laugh every time the busy chefs cheer!!!

Not the best service last night. First time dining here for my lad’s birthday (his choice of restaurant). Firstly, they had ‘supply’ issues with their steaks, meaning their most popular steaks were not available. You either had to get their cheapest cut or the most expensive. Main meal took almost an hour to arrive, mine and my daughter’s steak were too rare. Ordered medium well and got medium rare. Both steaks went back to be re-cooked. Our waitress wasn’t particularly helpful and we ended up having to speak to the manager to make this happen. All in all, I wasn’t particularly impressed with the service. My lad enjoyed his ‘birthday’ steak, however, but then so he should since he ordered the chef’s special (and very expensive) steak! All in all, I wouldn’t come back in a hurry.

An amazing meal at this steak house, from the food to the drinks to the waiting staff….it was amazing!They even remembered we were celebrating me passing my degree with a 1st…very nice touch.A special thank you to Lucy (our waitress) who was polite, attentive and a credit to the restaurant.We cannot fault this restaurant and the 5 stars is fully deserved…if you’re undecided about whether to visit, don’t be…go and have yourself a great meal.
