Mu Mu in Kettering

This place used to be good once upon a time. Recently brought a meal which took over 2 hours to arrive. The resteraunt turned their phone off or diverted it to voicemail so could not get any updates or complain. Ended up doing something else at home, only for knock at the door with food which was warm at best. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely shockingly awful. Cancelled delivery after waiting over 2 hours. Then knock on door when I've gone to bed with my delivery. I'd laugh if I hadn't been so hungry.

I was excited to find this place as there are not many takeaways near me.The food looked ok but was stone cold which was a real shame as they are so close to my house.Also the wrong drinks and sides were delivered.

Waited nearly 3 hours for food, they sent us a text to say it was on there way and yet it took an hour after that to aventually arrive, even though we are less than 15 minutes away, and the food was nearly cold. Will not bother ordering again. If I could give zero stars I would. We paid extra to get chips and it's not worth it.

I ordered 2 burgers and 2 drinks. The burgers were mediocre at best and the driver forgot to bring the drinks. I phoned the restaurant but no answer, I left a message. Here's hoping the drinks arrive.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Took over 1 hour 40 to arrive in a pool of oily grease covering everything it was absolutely disgusting, chips were soggy, burger was smashed so much I could see finger dents in it, such a waste of money, will NEVER order again.

Very very poor customer service, I’ve chased a refund for 3 weeks with no response. Our order was cancelled by the restaurant as they were unable to open that evening and I was advised we’d get refunded automatically. I spoke to someone 2 weeks later (as I had not been refunded) and was told I’d need to email in as they cannot help. Two emails and two Instagram messages later I’ve yet to receive any acknowledgment from them. Very disrespectful to just ignore customers, especially ones who are owed money!

Sooooo disappointed, ordered a kinder and Nutella waffle, waffle was cold and stale, cheep chocolate sauce NOT Nutella!!! Ordered a Biscoff milkshake and received Vanilla. Terrible food, and terrible service as can’t even get hold of anyone to complain too!!!

Only used twice for takeaway so far, both times the food has been delicious, fresh and tasty. The pizzas especially are extraordinary and they have a good selection on the menu currently.Will definitely order or eat in again!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Wonderful staff, extremely satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. I would really recommend this restaurant. +A and 5 stars.Atmosphere was really warm and friendly as well. Glad we came here.Only down side is the difficulty finding parking.
