Nando's in Kettering

I ordered a Butterfly Chicken platter that tasted dry, and in comparison to the same at Milton Keynes was sub-par. It didn't taste like it was seasoned with any medium peri-peri sauce. It was terrible and I wouldn't order from here again.

Above all its a nandos, food as expected.Staff helpful.Hadn't booked and they could seat 6 of us on a Saturday evening.

My experience with Nando's kettering today was poor. Firstly, my order was incorrect. The waiter missed out a second bottomless yourgurt. When I reminded the server that the yourgurt pot had been missed he when to great lengh to ensure I was not trying to get a free pot of yourgurt. That got my back up. Anyway once that was sorted, it took 4 servers to refill the machine and even then there was barely any yorgurts for the kids. It appeared to be very difficult to have aworking machine

Came in for takeaway today, majority of the time ive came to this restaurant my order has been incorrect. Girl who bagged my order didnt catch her name, was reassuring and ensured my order was correct after double checking. order was spot on bagged nicely and food was delicious.

Overall experience was ok, however they came out with all the food we ordered through the app, starters, mains and dessert so by the time we finished desert our mains were cold, should have at least warned us or asked us because I cant see how anyone would want a 3 course meal all at once

Tonight, I had the pleasure of visiting Nandos Kettering with my family 👪. The following staff were proficient, caring, and supportive.Nina ensured my family and I were settled in with no issues. Very Professional individual. Miles came along and ensured all was 💯% perfect with our orders. Liam with his kindness cheered my daughter up by ensuring her drinks were exactly what she wanted - What an amazing gentleman. We felt honoured with the Nandos services, knowing how busy the staff were tonight. They all need to be thanked for their professionalism and great customer service. We definitely will visit in the future and recommend Nandos Kettering to the general public. 💯% Thanks, Guys🤝

Nothing to do with Nandos perse. I find it too noisy, cramped and busy with people wandering around fetching condiments and drink refills . Not particuly wanting to see my food cooked with kitchen moise. Only chosen because of my sons choice of venue.

Nice place, a bit too small, was very crowded Friday evening, around 20:00, fast serving, drinks free, of course must pay, but you drink how much you want, have outdoors table, good for summer time. In total I think they have 30 tables. Menu for children, all in all good. I recommend

Quality Nando's; food exactly as you'd expect it, and now you can order from the table via a QR code. Top notch food and drink - exactly as other Nando's - was a bit busy when we went, but staff took our number and texted us when table was ready. They said it'd be about 20 minutes, but we got the text in ten - nice one!

Have to say distinctly average. I had chicken burger, daughter had chicken wrap both with peri fries. Small portions, very dry roll, and chips small with flavouring just dumped over the top chips. Tasted bland also. With bottomless cokes it was over £20. Still hungry after, many better options out there!!
