Having lived in Kettering a short while, I noticed that there was always a queue outside this place, but never had the time to wait and find out why.Now I know!The food was well cooked and delicious and the price was fair and reasonable. I'll certainly be back, now I know it's worth the wait.Having tried to visit several times now only to find the store is closed, despite posted hours showing a further hour's trade remaining.Sorry, but its just damn disappointing to walk down there to find it closed. Update the hours or stay open as advertised.

What a great chippy. So kind; providing food to the local police while they stand for hours at the scene of a murder. Nick took it on himself to make sure that the officers who were unable to get away for food, were fed, and fed well. Delish fish & chips. 👏👏👏

I have only been going to nicks for a few weeks, but I can honestly say that it is one of the best around, food always hot, and value for money (most definitely), and the staff are all really friendly, so thankyou keep the good work up cheers

It's a brilliant chippy the best in kettering I'd say, I'll always go back and the food is amazing so yeah if you haven't been then you definitely should.

Sausage and chips £ 2.50 in a tray. Fat cut chips very fresh and very tasty. Great friendly staff and Deffo visit again if I'm in the area.
