Great service great pizza. The best Papa John's I think I've been to.

Really poor service..... Booked a pizza to be delivered at 7:30pm. Tracker said it has arrived and I was enjoying it.... When I called the phone rang for at least 5 minutes to be told, its not left and will be 10/20mins.... 30mins had past and I'm still waiting for our pizza. Very disappointing.

Pizzas always nice and hot but shame about the service over the phone. Never straight forward as the lady takes other people's orders and enquiries at the same time which is rude and frustrating when having to wait and repeat yourself.

Once upon arrival, i was welcomed and they took my order professionally as expected, i walked home and the pizza was freshly made (as i watched through the glass window they provide) Tasted great!

Nice pizza each time but wait times are over an hour now, I can get domino's in 30 mins so it's just not worth the wait

Order today took over 2 hours to deliver and was cold. Previous order took 4 attempts to get right and we had to go to the store to collect it and was there about an hour getting the pizzas sorted. We used to order from here regularly but it's gotten so bad we won't order again. Customer service is so poor over the phone.

Pizzas never arrived. Had to call them and ask for a refund which I’m not getting because they told me my order had been delivered. I once went to New York on my own and managed to get from A - Z using a thing called google maps?? Maybe they should invest in a sat nav or something?? They should be taking photos of Delivered orders to prove this because its out of order! What kind of service is this?

Regularly order from Papa John's Kettering. The kids love the taste over competitors. However, last night took 1 hour 15 mins for the food to arrive. Was advised by the supervisor that the systems were down, so please call back olin 10 mins. I called back in 5 and they took my order lol, with upto 45 mins lead time. After 45 mins I called back, and was advised that 2 of their vehicles had broken down and there was a delay. Please just be straight and honest with your customers, instead of making up stuff, and things will be ok.

Somehow the best service we've had from them. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt as last time we ordered they were 3 hours late but it was snowing (though the driver did spend an hour and a half on the wrong street and I ended up walking and finding him). This time only half an hour late! Rude driver didn't even respond when my partner tried to exchange pleasantries. Ordered a bbq meat feast, got a tomato based pizza with pepperoni and chicken. By the time we opened it the store was closed as arrived at 10:30. Never going back.
