Pizza Hut in Kettering

The food and service was very good. Lost two stars as the booths are so uncomfortable to the point where it spoilt the evening. Whoever designed and installed should be forced to use it forever.

One star because the staff member was very polite, but otherwise wouldn't recommend. The pizza was awful. Unfortunately, I didn't eat in or I would have sent it back.

Had the deal for 2 ppl salad, pizza side and dessert. We had to ask twice for 1 dessert. 1st they said it wasn't sent to the kitchen and they would push it out quick, then when we asked again apparently we didn't order it. Good job you order on the app and get it emailed to you so we had to show them what we ordered .It wasn't that busy and probably like us we only went in as nandos was packed

Good service. Used the qr code to order, which was quick and easy. Food arrived in next to no time and was hot and tasty. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh

As soon as we walked in were pressured into using the app for placing the order rather than just taking the order in person. I found this to be rather poor service and rude.Despite the restaurant being quiet the food did take a long time to arrive at our table.I will say the pizza was very nice but I would say the restaurant felt very dated.

I have had to edit my reveiw of this place since visiting twice post covid lock down.You order using an app at your table, but there is no point to this as everyone gets up to serve themselves drink, ice cream and attend the salad bar, even the staff have to come to your table to give you cups etc while wearing no mask, so what's the point in ordering on the app?!The salad bar is consistent, well stocked and appeared fresh - though when I went with my two kids there were not many other people there to really test how this is managed during a busy period.To the point.. This pizza hut is a run down mess.. See the attached picture of the chair I was on, repaired with tape, which was also failing! Then there is the pizza - it was an actual joke, my sons pepperoni had and easy to count: 4 slices of pepperoni on it, had a pitiful amount of cheese beneath. Tesco make a 75p pizza that puts this one to shame (and that is pretty skant of topping too!) My other sons was a slight improvement, but still blatantly sub-standard.The cost was rediculous, as none of the discounts that used to make Pizza Huts pricing a bit more reasonable are recognised.There was one staff member that was creepy/eery wondering back and forth as though approaching the table, then walking away again, even the kids noticed this strange behaviour.To summarise: covid unfriendly environment, damaged/tired furnishings, weird service, overpriced, shameful pizza!This place appears to by trying to recoup funds post Lockdown by overcharging and skimping on product, ironically I believe this shall potentially be the cause of its ultimate demise.. I won't be returning and I certainly recommend you dine literally anywhere else.

I went to pizza hut Kettering with my good buddy Joseph, for a lunch buffet. Although because of covid restrictions, the menu changed to the available pizzas, the items and sides were still plentiful.The waitress, who's name we missed was really good, and made sure we had everything we needed.A pizza cutter would have been more helpful for the deep pan pizzas

From the moment we walked in till the minute we got our food the customer service was fabulous and the ladies who work there are an asset to the store. They explained everything clearly, took care of our needs and ensured we were satisfied. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the mac and cheese was to die for. Thank ladies, hope your well recognised for your hard work.
