Starbucks in Kettering

Ordered the herbal tea called medicine ball which I’ve purchased over five times. This order was barely warm and had no taste! This is the first bad medicine ball tea (worst) I’ve gotten from Starbucks. What happened? I will be talking to your store about this tomorrow because you are closed. I came in about 6:15pm and was extremely disappointed with the product. I am requesting a due over on this order.

The goods are amazing, they are a little pricy but that's expected. The staff are straight forward with a friendly approach and seem experienced, made my drink very quickly.

I went in there to get a drink and this has to be worst Starbucks ever a person called kelly served me turns out she is the manager but can do nothing she is probably one of the laziest person I have ever seen she started to make my drink and then left it and gives it to some one else who had loads of drinks already to make so at that point it was cold so I went to complain and asked for the manager and it turns out to be her so I asked for a proper manager contact details so I can put a complaint in and she just laughed at me and told me to leave the building she doesn’t deserve a job

The staff here don't seem to be working as a team, resulting in mismatched orders. They should use the normal starbucks procedure of writing names on orders and therefore wouldn't mix them up.

I like this particular Starbucks. Staff are pleasant and the espresso coffee excellent. Ladies toilets are the downfall. On every visit there is either no toilet paper or hand driers don't work. They are very dark, and often smelly although that appears to have improved. I gave 4 stars but would change to 5 stars if those things are sorted.

Decent bacon roll but reason number 751 why I prefer Costa - Starbucks don't do decaffeinated tea! You'd think I had two heads the way the server looked at me when I asked!

Nice place to stop for a break on the A14. Less hassle than some of the other busier and somewhat chaotic service stations if you are just looking for a break and a decent cup of coffee. Staff were very friendly and the tea and coffee were just the refreshment we needed. Thanks.

Very weak coffee, had this experience twice now at this particular Starbucks. To be fair they were happy adding another shot when asked.

This Starbucks is conveniently located in a resting area and can be easily access. Parking is for free and you can use the toilets that were clean overall. The service was quick and the flavour was similar to other Starbucks. We ordered a white chocolate, a latte and a Chai tea latte. All of them were very tasty.

Came here still lock down. But it's alright. 🌹☕
