Sultan Kebabs in Kettering

New to the area and looked at the reviews of sultans . Ordered a mixed kebab and all I can say is "bloody beautiful" best I've tasted for a long while! And also a friendly delivery driver . Will definitely be ordering again .

Absolutely love the place, best kebab in Kettering. That's if they get the order right. They got the order wrong, refused to acknowledge any wrong doing saying "it's what's on the receipt." even though we did the order over phone and they input the order themselves. No offer of refund or sending out a replacement.So now I am left out of pocket and hungry.Thanks for nothing Sultans.

Care too much about telephone orders at the expense of customers waiting. Took my order then literally blanked me for over 20 minutes attending to phone bookings. Walked out in the end, went to Flames, served immediately. Actually nicer kebab / slightly cheaper but the chilly sauce was potent. Sticking to Flames from now on. Victims of their own success.

First time using these tonight (collection) and by far the best I’ve ever had apart from being in turkey itself! Absolutely fantastic 🤟 will define using these in the future.£21 for sultan mixed special and worth every single penny!!! This is suitable for 3 people sharing I’d say, me and the misses shared this so quite a large plateful 👍👍

As always, freshly cooked delicious mixed kebab with a sprinkling of crispy chips. Been coming here for years and still the best.

I have been using these guys since the 90's and the quality has not changed since then. Even though I have rarely visited in the last 10 years they still remember me and give a warm welcome when I do. Their kebabs, chips and salad are just the best, and I lived in Turkey for 10 years so I know how kebabs should be!

On website the place boasts "Best in Town" and they are not wrong. Do not waste your time on any other kebab house in Town as you honestly won't get better. It's been the best for me since the 90s and still not had a bad experience. Great job guys.

Sultans You’re an absolute joke! Ordered a meal at 7.09 pm rang at 8.20 pm to see where our meal was I was told it’s on its way! 8.53 still no meal so I called again, they said they would call me back once they have spoken to the driver. No return phone call! 9.10pm I called them again to hear they had delivered to a neighbour. The manager was too busy to talk to me, I was offered a full refund or another meal still at full cost. Finally at 9.30 pm the driver delivered another meal and told us our £20 order was being deducted from his wages because he delivered it to the wrong address! It’s a shame sultans as a company could not of taken full responsibility for the error. Instead the driver had to lose this amount from his wages, delivery drivers work hard for very little wage and to deduct such errors is very harsh. So the driver wasn’t completely out of pocket we contributed towards his loss, it’s a shame the company didn’t have the same attitude towards us as a customer waiting over 2 hours for a meal which wasn’t delivered to us. It’s safe to say we will never use you again. A very expensive kebab and very poor customer service.
