Booked a table for 7pm. After waiting half hour, Got given a table that was big enough for children to sit at in a cramped space with other tables free so moved tables ourselves.Went to the bar to wait to be served by no one that was there, waited almost 45 minutes to then be told itās an hour wait on food. This resulted on us not being able to go out for food elsewhere.Used to be a lovely & well organised restaurant, now itās like the next pub for the local drinkers. Only gave a star because couldnāt post otherwise.Seems to me like all the other reviews are having the same issue about time on food & organisation.. really a restaurant that should be closed or managed differently.

Service- PoorFood- CANT COMMENT, IT DID NOT ARRIVE / WAS NOT MADEExtremely disappointed by the non-existent communication between the staff and ourselves, the customer. We ordered our food after a hardworking morning playing at our childrenās Kettering Rugby Festival and weāre told we had a ā30 minuteā wait. After we waiting for OVER an hour, my family approached the bar to ask about the wait and when the meal would be ready. After this, we were then informed that they hadnāt even began to prepare our meal ?!We were told it would be another ā20 minutesā (ON TOP OF THE HOUR ALREADY WAITED)!!Despite all of this, we werenāt even offered compensation.Overall, we left hungry, dissatisfied and with fractious children. Would not recommend this establishment!!

Ordered steak n salad, asked for steak to be well done - tasted ok but bit chewy. Then decided on the cheesecake for pudding, my friend wanted sticky toffee pudding (hadn't got it so she opted for cheesecake too), had to eventually go to the bar and ask if they'd forgotten about us. Other than that, a pleasant evening, staff welcoming and friendly and a nice place to catch up with a friend for a few hours.

Very disappointed with the time taken for our meals to arrive, 1 hour 10 minutes for 3 meals, when they did arrive after chasing twice, steak was supposed to be cooked medium but was rare and chips was only just warm. Chicken kebab was lacking half the ingredients. No check to come and see if we was happy with the meal, felt like they were avoiding us. And to be honest we had waited so long all we wanted was our meals. So just ate it then left.

Avoid if you are disabled. They discriminate and will ONLY let you sit in bar area. Your not allowed on the carpets... I was made to feel like a second class citizen. The General Manager needs to learn about The Equality Act 2010. Very poor and disappointing experience. If you wish to feel included and welcome then do NOT come here...

Worst service, couldn't find a clean table, food took an 1h and 20 minutes to arrive and when it did it was awful. We went to another hungry horse a few days before near wellingborough and we couldn't fault it. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Great decoration, lots better seating choices, really friendly people, can't wait for the better weather so we can sit outside with the new big tv screen

Went for breakfast and ordered the breakfast belter (the one shown in the pic with a massive curley sausage) turns out they didn't have any curley sausages so was given 2 small sausages as shown in the second pic.So basically paid £11 for a normal breakfast, which was cold by the time it was given to me

Booked Xmas day for 11 but only 10 places set. Starters OK main meal was a great disappointment veg was raw could not cut parsnips or sprouts 4 of the tiniest roast Potatos. Desserts came out in 2 halves were given serving spoons to eat with ask for dessertspoon but was told they did not use them. Menu clearly stated coffee. And Mince pie to finish only to be told it was extra not a happy day

The Warren looks amazing inside now as has been recently refurbished. Ordered breakfast for myself and son, service at till was very friendly. Breakfast took a little while to arrive and my scrambled egg was like bullets but apart from that the rest was hot and tasty, well done.
