Al Feena Shisha Cafe in Leicester

Horrible shisha, waste of money asked them to replace it twice they served me the same thing again n again.

Great service, great shisha and amazing food/deserts! The atmosphere is very good. Great place to come with friends.

Can’t go wrong. As good today as it was few years ago unlike many other places

Ambience. Service. People. Everything Amazing. Prices are okay but worth giving. Food is really good alongside seesha.

Lovely atmosphere and amazing Shisha, the staff are great too! Highly recommend 👌

First visit and I shall definately be back very soon. Great service, good food and lovely surroundings my new Go To place when I'm in Leicester - thanks to the team for today's service and accommodating my request for somewhere to pray🙏.May allah subhanatallah bless this place with great abundance in sha allah ameen

Amazing experience...Shisha was best I've ever had, food was mouth watering and can't fault the service. Shisha came out within 5 minutes of me ordering and the staff were all on point! Well done for running a tight ship, can't fault the place!

Great ambiance. Great service and food is so goood

I want to say thank you to al feena for the amazing service I received on my visit to this lounge. This is by far the best shisha lounge in the UK. The order process is very straightforward and you are sat at a seat of your choice with warm heaters and seating. The staff are really helpful and they always check up on you to see if everything is OK. If you want to have a great customer experience and a lunch/evening out i would say try al feena and also try their food as it is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Al feena for the experience I had. Definitely will visit again.

Service was poor. Selection was poor. Shisha experience ruined for me. They served our dessert in foil. Multiple orders messed up. Will be going elsewhere next time.
