Big John's Narborough Road in Leicester

Wanted to try out the place. Person taking my order was speaking broken english, not the best idea to put that person in direct contact with customers. Also he didn't pass my order to the kitchen, had ro wait extra because of that.Food itself is ok, it's a good pizza. Nothing to write legends about, it just does the job.They just have to work on their customer service, make sure customers are served without any unnecessary issues that can be easily avoided.

Disgusting attitude. So stingy / kanjoos with sauces and ask for you to pay extra for seperate sauces.You've lost a customer and I'll tell all my friends/family to avoid you!

Very rude staff. Prices have been inflated so badly. Not worth the visit. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Big Johns used reasonable and cheerful in the past but it got expensive in the pandemic.Recently been there few times find staff with attitude behavior towards there customersEg; buying something at a low cost that will look at you as what a poor personCleanliness was ok but didnt use there toilets if they had any

Very very average, expensive and the kebab was very cheap quality. Chips and drink were decent. Obviously no idea wat fresh naan is, packet bought isn't fresh £7.50 was rip off... Lesson learnt

Big John's = Rubbish food rubbish business not worth the time and energy or money this business has now delivered my food late and cold three times in a row and they don't care about it. I phoned customer service and they do not care. Rubbish people working for the business. This rubbish food from Big John's does not deserve to be in my stomach. Please do not ever order from here.

This spot has one of the most delicious chicken wings on the planet... Plus very generous with the pizza toppings... Really quite impressive!

Ordered delivery. Burger, fried chicken and some jalapeno poppers. Burger was not good, was soggy and the meat was horrendous. I could only eat half. The chicken was abit better but again you could tell it was extremely cheap meat, made me feel abit queasy so again I couldn't finish it. Jalapeno poppers were great though.

Have received all burned food. When I've called to complain, received swearings in my address. Plus they have threatened my by telling where I live. Never order from them, especially in the middle of night, when you are not aible to complain to Just Eat
