Outstanding breakfast place in the city center. Generous American-style pancakes, healthy options, vegetarian choices and nice strong coffee. Yes it’s a franchise, but a really good one. Friendly, attentive service. Love Bills.

Lovely meal for Saturday lunch, didn't book but just was lucky with timing ,as really busy! Would recommend booking in advance. Plenty of choices on menu and food very good. Quick and attentive service. Would return when next in city centre for shopping trip.

Where do I even start! This place is just great. The service, the food, the ambience. It’s great to see some vegan options. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough!! Excitedly anticipating my next visit :))

Went here with my girlfriend. Food was tasty, especially the chicken dumplings. The sea bass was nice too(but prefer it with mash which they replaced with smashed potatoes now)

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was very good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

Visited today with my family. Had such a lovely meal with great service. Food didn't taste processed like other places but freshly prepared and cooked. Really was a great experience. Was really dissapointed with the 12% optional service charge added to the end of the bill though as I found out that the waiting staff don't get this, it goes to the business! Slipped the waitress cash money for her tip which was thoroughly deserved.

Perfectly peaceful cosy atmosphere, delicious food served by attentive and friendly staff. Recommended for a quick bite on your own or a small dîner with friends. My vegetarian haloumi burger was delicious! Recommended.

Diabolical service when we arrived at bills, myself and my family were told wait at the door when we where eventually greeted by an older looking women with light hair, she kept us waiting at the door for 5 minutes. The staff member then asked us to come through and take a seat. I found this staff member very strange and it was like taking to a brick wall. Myself and my family felt really uncomfortable we all felt it and there was definitely no service with a smile, this staff member was so miserable. We wanted to leave as the atmosphere was uneasy. We placed our order, it had taken around 15 minutes for our food to arrive. The staff member did not ask if we wanted any continents and we had to keep asking and getting up chasing the staff around for what we needed with our meals.We felt terribly awkward and we definitely won’t be coming again we are a huge family and it’s a shame that we cannot support this business. The food was simply okay nothing to rave about the presentation was okay and again there was nothing to rave about.I personally found the food bland and tasteless. Our afternoon together was spoilt as we did not enjoy ourselves. I would not recommend Bills.

The service and food was not to bad. I was enjoying the food until my boyfriend noticed a huge spider walking towards me. I am not being funny.. it was really huge and he spotted it just 30cm away from me on the sofa bench I was sitting on. I was in shock and didn’t even finish my breakfast and coffee. I will never ever go there for sure. Staff didn’t even offer any discount. I still have a goosebumps when I think about this as I am extremely scared of spiders.

A must visit for an awesome breakfast..Customer service is spot on, from the moment you walk through the door to sitting at your table the staff are on it.Well done to all the team at Bill's Leicester.This is my second visit here and definitely recommend it.The Hot Chocolate is amazing 👏
