Burger King in Leicester

Friendly helpful staff. Food was well prepared and hot.

Awful service.It takes a long time to get served as they are too busy chatting to each other.They do not seem to understand what plain with cheese and onions is.My burger came completely plain.I take it back, explain again how I would like it.Plain with cheese and onions.I was asked if I wanted ketchup 🤦And then asked if I wanted mayo 🤦Seriously guys, get it together.

Wanted to give a try for this burger king, so....✅ Hair inside burger✅ Ordered onion rings got fries✅ Soft drinks diluted with water✅ Overpriced foodIn Leicester is plenty better places to eat.

I liked the Vegan variants however only one chicken royale was there when I went where I was looking for 3 chicken royale. Perhaps it was because I went at 6 pm. However I liked the alternative as well.

I called in on a trip. I wanted tk try the new plant based food they have. I was impressed by the vegan whopper!! Very tasty. Friendly staff too!!

Unit is dated, service is slow,l. For a place that has a central location it's poor. Very few offers!

Great burger and chips - 100% better and tastier than a Macd, chips were piping hot and not drowned in salt, burger not so hot hence the 4 star but ok.

No burgers apparently. Wait for ten minutes in queue, the first of our group orders fine then the rest of us can't order as there ain't no burgers left great !No prior warning lots of ticked off people in the queue behind us too 🤬Edit - the order had to be amended as there were not enough burgers for the first order...2nd edit - five guys has burgers..

I have ordered 20 chilli cheese bites and instead of it I have got chicken nuggets, I am a vegetarian so I can't even eat it. I am really disappointed, as I love your food bu I had many situations like that. Last time there where missing items in my order, I didn't receive the sauces that I have ordered and the fries, i can't even apply for the refund because you don have option like that.

Most disgusting fast food restaurant I've been to. I usually go to this Burger King and most of the time, there's rubbish on tables so have to do a take away. Staff are not friendly at all; during late times, they're usually chatting at the back or taking time to take orders whilst the till is left unattended. Seems to be a lack of proper management as I've seen staff talking on their phone during their working hours and the bins are always full. How do they seriously expect people to eat in a environment like that? It's obvious that they don't care about their customers.
