The first place I recommend to anyone who wants genuinely good Italian food in Leicester. Such a down to earth and relaxed atmosphere with lovely staff. Great for both a casual meal or a special occassion.

Went here just after visiting the curve over Christmas period. I've wanted to try cafe roma for years when working in the city but never quite made it.Dropped in with the kids for the lunchtime special. Omg it was fantastic and such great staff, brilliant choice and all for an amazing price. Staff couldn't do enoughfor us and my fussy 3yr old.Will definitely be back in a fortnight for a family birthday lunch.Only thing which would be an added bonus would be some fine Italian gelato for afterwards 😋

Roma Cafe has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years and I've never once been disappointed with this place. Fantastic food and drink, lovely staff and all at a great price. Always preferred over a chain but be sure to book in advance if you want a guaranteed table!

Very simple/dated decor but food is simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh and excellent value. Coffee is really good. I always come back here for lunch whenever I am in the area.

I really cant fault the place!Accommodating, on all requests, service with a smile, ambiance was lovely!This is my second time to cafe Roma and honestly even if i have a better meal else where (the food is lovely by the way) the service from the staff and general friendliness and willingness to give you what you want (even if it isn't on the menu) brings this place to a must visit restaurant. I shall return many more times in the future.I appreciated the service so much,.... i've left a review!Thank you!

Classic Italian dishes on the menu (pasta ,pizza etc) at very reasonable prices (great price lunchtime menu too),nice atmosphere in restaurant which has 2 floors. Great friendly staff too.Booking recommended at weekends especially for large groups. Located close to curve theatre..ideal for pre show meal.

We went last night and sat upstairs. The food as always was delightful and very tasty and the girls that served us were extremely efficient polite and welcoming and I think there was a new girl working and she was really attentive and gave great service so if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well done and all the best for your new job
