Roma Cafe has been a favorite of mine for over 20 years and I've never once been disappointed with this place. Fantastic food and drink, lovely staff and all at a great price. Always preferred over a chain but be sure to book in advance if you want a guaranteed table!

I really cant fault the place!Accommodating, on all requests, service with a smile, ambiance was lovely! This is my second time to cafe Roma and honestly even if i have a better meal else where (the food is lovely by the way) the service from the staff and general friendliness and willingness to give you what you want (even if it isn't on the menu) brings this place to a must visit restaurant. I shall return many more times in the future.I appreciated the service so much,.... i've left a review!Thank you!

Classic Italian dishes on the menu (pasta ,pizza etc) at very reasonable prices (great price lunchtime menu too),nice atmosphere in restaurant which has 2 floors. Great friendly staff too.Booking recommended at weekends especially for large groups. Located close to curve theatre..ideal for pre show meal.

We went last night and sat upstairs. The food as always was delightful and very tasty and the girls that served us were extremely efficient polite and welcoming and I think there was a new girl working and she was really attentive and gave great service so if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Well done and all the best for your new job

Very simple/dated decor but food is simple but absolutely delicious. Fresh and excellent value. Coffee is really good. I always come back here for lunch whenever I am in the area.

An amazing lunch at a cute, cozy cafe in Leicester city centre! The £6 meal during weekdays is fantastic for a quick pasta, drink and garlic bread before heading back to work. The vegetarian options are great, especially the Crema Funghi Pomodoro. All of this came with brilliant (and fast) service too! Will definitely come here often.
